दिल्ली: जम्मू-कश्मीर में डिप्टी एसपी आदिल मुश्ताक (Aadil Mushtaq) की काली करतूतें हिलाने वाली हैं। टेक्निकल सर्विलांस के आधार पर मुश्ताक को लेकर जो डोजियर है वो डराने वाला है। लालच, ऐशो-आराम वाली जिंदगी की चाहत ने मुश्ताक को आतंकियों का हमदर्द बना डाला। इसके बाद मुश्ताक के राज का परत दर परत उघड़ता चला गया। डोजियर में मुश्ताक को 'गुड लुक' वाला बताया गया है। इस डोजियर में जो जानकारी मिली है वो किसी थ्रिलर से कम नहीं है। डोजियर में बताया गया है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस में शामिल होने के बाद मुश्ताक के मन में ऐशो-आराम की जिंदगी जीने की इच्छा जागी। इसके बाद उसने जो हरकतें कीं वो हिलाने वाली हैं।

लड़कियों का करता था यौन उत्पीड़न

ट्रैफिक डिपार्टमेंट में बतौर डीएसपी मुश्ताक पर आरोप है कि वह युवाओं खासतौर पर पैसे वाली युवा लड़कियों को कथित ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़ने के आधार पर अपने सामने पेश करवाता था। इसमें ऐसे भी मामले थे जो जान बूझकर बनाए गए थे। एक सूत्र ने बताया कि इसके बाद मुश्ताक ने श्रीनगर के एक टूरिस्ट रिसेप्शन सेंटर में अपने लिए एक कमरा ले रखा था। इसके बाद वह इन महिलाओं को धमकाता था और उनका यौन उत्पीड़न तक करता था।

आतंकियों का बन गया मददगार

मुश्ताक पर आरोप है कि एक टेरर फंडिंग केस की जांच के दौरान उसने लश्कर ए तैयबा के फंडिंग के आरोपी को बचाने की कोशिश की। यही नहीं, जब उसे मार्च 2023 में नौगाम से हटाया गया और जब वह इस मामले की जांच से हट गया तब भी उसने आंतकियों का फाइनेंसर मुज्जमिल जहूर की मदद करने की कोशिश की। मुश्ताक ने अपने जूनियर के जरिए फर्जी बयान दिलाने की कोशिश की थी।

ऐसे पकड़ में आया मुश्ताक

सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने लश्कर के आतंकियों उमल आदिल और जहूर पर जब सर्विलांस के जरिए शिकंजा कसा। इसके बाद इस साल फरवरी में उनके कब्जे से 32 लाख रुपये बरामद हुए। इसी जांच के दौरान पता चला कि मुश्ताक ही इस मामले की जांच कर रहा था उसने आतंकियों के मददगारों को बचाने के लिए कथित तौर पर 2.7 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत ली थी। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस मुश्ताक के खिलाफ बढ़ते आरोपों से परेशान हो गई। इसके बाद पुलिस ने मुश्ताक के खिलाफ मजबूत सबूत जुटाने में जुट गई।

मुश्ताक के खिलाफ पुख्ता सबूत

मुश्ताक के खिलाफ पुलिस ने कई पुख्ता सबूत जुटाए हैं। इसमें पद के दुरुपयोग कर लड़कियों का यौन उत्पीड़न और उन्हें ब्लैकमेलिंग का आरोप है। इसके अलावा सरकारी संपत्ति का दुरुपयोग। ऐशो-आराम की जिंदगी के लिए वसूली और घूस लेने जैसे आरोप भी उसपर है। सोशल मीडिया पर लोकप्रिय मुश्ताक के ट्विटर पर 44,700 फॉलोअर हैं।

देविंदर सिंह वाला होगा हाल

गौरतलब है कि 2020 में जम्मू-कश्मीर के डीएसपी देविंदर सिंह को आतंकियों के मदद के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। बाद में उसे निलंबित किया गया था। इसके बाद संविधान के आर्टिकल 311 (2) (C) के तहत उसे नौकरी से बर्खास्त कर दिया गया। सूत्रों ने बताया कि मुश्ताक के खिलाफ लगे आरोप भी गंभीर हैं और उसके खिलाफ भी वैसी ही कार्रवाई हो सकती है।

भागने लगा था मुश्ताक

मुश्ताक को जब पकड़ने उसके आवास पर पुलिस गई तो वह दीवार फांदकर भागने की कोशिश करने लगा। पुलिस ने उसे 21 सितंबर को अरेस्ट कर लिया। मुश्ताक ने सबूत मिटाने के लिए अपने फोन को फॉरमेट कर दिया था। हालांकि, सर्विलांस और उसके फोन का डेटा फिर से हासिल करने और पीड़ितों के वीडियो के आधार पर मुश्ताक को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
