बीकानेर। लूणकरनसर थाना इलाके की एक स्कूल की छात्रा के साथ शिक्षक की ओर से अश्लील हरकत करने का मामला सामने आया है। पुलिस के अनुसार पीड़ित छात्रा के दादा ने बताया कि 23 सितंबर को उसकी पोती स्कूल गई थी।स्कूल के खेल ग्राउंड में जा रही थी तब स्कूल के एक शिक्षक ने लाइब्रेरी रूम में बुलाकर उसके साथ अश्लील हरकत की।
पीड़िता जब रोने लगी तो उसे छोड़ दिया।पीड़िता ने आपबीती स्कूल की अन्य महिला शिक्षक को बताई। उन्होंने परिजनों को मौके पर बुला लिया। घटना का पता चलने पर सरपंच प्रतिनिधि व सीबीईओ मौके पर पहुंचे। उनके सामने आरोपी शिक्षक ने माफी मांगी। सीबीईओ ने शिक्षक के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का भरोसा दिलाया। लेकिन आज तक शिक्षक के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की।
स्कूल के कमरे में बंद कर की मारपीट: शिक्षक
इधर, शिक्षक ने स्कूल के कमरे में बंद कर मारपीट करने के आरोप में तीन व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस के अनुसार उसने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि 23 सितंबर की सुबह वह स्कूल पहुंचा। तब तीन व्यक्ति स्कूल आए। उक्त लोग कोई जरूरी बात करने का कह कर स्पोर्ट्स रूम में ले गए। आरोपियों ने कमरे को बंद कर लिया और उसे बंधक बनाकर मारपीट करने लगे।

According to the police, the grandfather of the victim girl told that on September 23, his granddaughter had gone to school. When she was going to the school's sports ground, a teacher of the school called her to the library room and did obscene acts with her.
When the victim started crying, he left her. The victim narrated her ordeal to another female teacher of the school. He called the family members to the spot. On coming to know about the incident, Sarpanch representative and CBEO reached the spot. The accused teacher apologized in front of him. CBEO assured to take action against the teacher. But till date no action has been taken against the teacher.
Beaten by locking in school room: Teacher
Here, the teacher has filed a case against three persons for locking him in the school room and assaulting him. According to the police, he told in the report that he reached school on the morning of 23 September. Then three persons came to school. The said people took him to the sports room asking him to discuss something important. The accused locked the room, took him hostage and started beating him.
The accused threatened to kill me if I registered a case and complained about this incident and also threatened to register a false case under POCSO Act. When the Sarpanch representative, Deputy Sarpanch, CBEO and school principal were informed about the incident, they assured to take action. But no action was taken.
आरोपियों ने इस घटनाक्रम के बारे में मामला दर्ज कराने एवं शिकायत करने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी तथा पोक्सो एक्ट का झूठा मामला दर्ज कराने की धमकी दी। घटना के बारे में सरपंच प्रतिनिधि, उप सरपंच, सीबीईओ व स्कूल प्रिंसिपल को जानकारी दी तो उन्होंने कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिया। लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की।
