बीकानेर टैक्स कंसल्टेंट एसोसिएशन: चुनाव प्रक्रिया में आम सभा का आयोजन, माणक कोचर और दीपक व्यास को निर्विरोध निर्वाचित
स्थानीय मंगलम होटल में बीकानेर टैक्स कंसल्टेंट एसोसिएशन के चुनाव प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत एक आम सभा का आयोजन किया गया। इस सभा में चुनाव संचालन समिति के चेयरमैन सीए सोहनलाल बैद ने सीए माणक कोचर को अध्यक्ष और एडवोकेट दीपक व्यास को सचिव पद के लिए निर्विरोध निर्वाचित किया।
उल्लेखनीय है कि एसोसिएशन के चुनाव संचालन समिति ने 16.02.2024 को जारी की गई अधिसूचना के अनुसार, अध्यक्ष पद के लिए सीए माणक कोचर और सचिव पद के लिए एडवोकेट दीपक व्यास ने नामांकन किया था। नामांकन की अंतिम तारीख 06 मार्च 2024 तक थी, लेकिन इस अवधि में किसी अन्य सदस्य ने उपरोक्त पदों के लिए नामांकन नहीं किया, जिसके कारण आज की आम सभा में उन दोनों प्रत्याशियों को निर्विरोध निर्वाचित किया गया।
आम सभा की अध्यक्षता निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष श्री गणेश शर्मा एडवोकेट ने की, जिसमें उन्होंने एसोसिएशन के सफल चुनाव संचालन के लिए चुनाव संचालन समिति के चेयरमैन सोहनलाल बैद सहित सदस्यों का आभार व्यक्त किया। इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल में सहयोग करने वाले सभी सदस्यों का भी आभार जताया।
कार्यक्रम को वरिष्ठ सीए और पूर्व अध्यक्ष आई. एम. सुराणा, एडवोकेट एस.एल. हर्ष, एडवोकेट बिशनसिंह राजपुरोहित, स्थानीय सीए शाखा के अध्यक्ष जसवन्त बैद, टैक्स बार एसोसिएशन के सचिव श्रीकान्त व्यास आदि ने संबोधित किया।
कार्यक्रम में नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष माणक कोचर और सचिव एडवोकेट दीपक व्यास ने सभी सदस्यों का आभार व्यक्त किया और आगामी कार्यकाल की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की।
Bikaner Tax Consultant Association: General meeting organized in the election process, Manak Kochhar and Deepak Vyas elected unopposed.
A general meeting was organized at the local Mangalam Hotel as part of the election process of Bikaner Tax Consultant Association. In this meeting, Election Steering Committee Chairman CA Sohanlal Baid elected CA Manak Kochhar unopposed for the post of President and Advocate Deepak Vyas for the post of Secretary.
It is noteworthy that as per the notification issued by the Election Steering Committee of the Association on 16.02.2024, CA Manak Kochhar was nominated for the post of President and Advocate Deepak Vyas for the post of Secretary. The last date of nomination was till 06 March 2024, but during this period no other member nominated for the above posts, due to which both those candidates were elected unopposed in today's General Meeting.
The general meeting was presided over by the outgoing President Shri Ganesh Sharma Advocate, in which he expressed his gratitude to the members including the Chairman of the Election Steering Committee, Sohanlal Baid, for the successful conduct of the elections of the Association. Along with this, he also expressed his gratitude to all the members who cooperated during his tenure.
The program was graced by senior CA and former president I.M. Surana, Advocate S.L. Harsh, Advocate Bishansingh Rajpurohit, Local CA branch President Jaswant Baid, Tax Bar Association Secretary Shrikant Vyas etc. addressed.
In the program, newly elected President Manak Kochhar and Secretary Advocate Deepak Vyas expressed gratitude to all the members and presented the outline of the upcoming tenure.
