भारतीय मजदूर संघ के श्रमिक संघ का 9वां अधिवेशन: निजीकरण और कर्मचारी की हितों पर वक्ताओं का मंथन
बीकानेर। भारतीय मजदूर संघ के विद्युत वितरण निगम श्रमिक संघ का 9वां अधिवेशन धरणीधर रंगमंच में आयोजित हुआ। इस दौरान निजीकरण को लेकर वक्ताओं ने मंथन किया। संघ के राष्ट्रीय सचिव जगदीश दाधीच ने कहा कि पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों ने कर्मचारियों के साथ विश्वासघात करते हुए सभी विभागों को निजी हाथों में सौंप रही है।
उन्होंने कहा की रेलवे,बीएसएनएल,रोडवेज,बिजली सहित अनेक विभाग को सरकार निजी हाथों में दिया जा रहा है। जिसके चलते कर्मचारियों के हितों पर कुठाराघात हो रहा है। जो हाल रोडवेज व बीएसएनएल के हुए है। वैसे हाल विद्युत निगम के हो रहे है। ये विभाग सेवाभाव के लिये बनाएं गये थे।
किन्तु आज ये विभाग निजीकरण की भेंट चढ़ रहे है। दाधीच ने कहा कि हालात यह है कि सरकारों के पास न तो कार्मिकों को देने को वेतन है और न ही पेंशन। कर्मचारी संघर्ष कर रहे है। उनकी सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। मंजर यह है कि कर्मचारी यह भूल चुका है कि कब उनका वेतन बढ़ रहा है,कब उनकी पदौन्नति होगी।
प्रदेश महामंत्री हनुमानदास राव ने कहा कि लाभदायक योजनाओं के बावजूद ठेके पर लगे कार्मिक की स्थिति में अपेक्षाकृत सुधार नहीं हुआ है। इसके विपरीत उद्योगों में ठेका श्रमिकों के लिए बने नियमों और कानूनों की धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही हैं।
उनका शोषण किया जा रहा है। राव ने कहा कि इस अधिवेशन के माध्यम से वे सरकारों को चेताना चाहते है कि सरकारें कर्मचारियों के हितों पर कुठाराघात ना करे अन्यथा जरूरत पडऩे पर कर्मचारी अपने हितों के लिए आंदोलन के लिए तैयार है। इस मौके पर शिवकुमार व्यास ने भी विचार रखे।
9th session of the Labor Union of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh: Speakers brainstorm on privatization and employee's interests.
Bikaner. The 9th session of the Electricity Distribution Corporation Labor Union of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh was held at Dharanidhar Theatre. During this, the speakers brainstormed about privatization. Union's national secretary Jagdish Dadhich said that the previous governments were betraying the employees by handing over all the departments to private hands.
He said that many departments including Railways, BSNL, Roadways, Electricity are being handed over to private hands by the government. Due to which the interests of the employees are being harmed. Which is the condition of Roadways and BSNL. Same is the condition of Electricity Corporation. These departments were created for the spirit of service.
But today these departments are becoming victims of privatization. Dadhich said that the situation is such that the governments neither have salaries nor pensions to pay the employees. Employees are struggling. He is not being heard. The situation is that the employee has forgotten when his salary is increasing and when he will be promoted.
State General Secretary Hanumandas Rao said that despite beneficial schemes, the condition of contractual workers has not improved relatively. On the contrary, the rules and laws made for contract workers in industries are being flouted.
They are being exploited. Rao said that through this convention, he wants to warn the governments that they should not attack the interests of the employees, otherwise if needed, the employees are ready to agitate for their interests. Shivkumar Vyas also expressed his views on this occasion.
