राजस्थान में गुरुवार की सुबह-सुबह जयपुर के एक कोने में भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सिस्मोलॉजी के मुताबिक, राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर के सांभर इलाके में गुरुवार सुबह भूकंप आया, जिसके झटके लगभग 5 से 6 सेकंड तक महसूस किए गए। जयपुर के सांभर में आए इस भूकंप की तीव्रता रिक्टर स्केल पर 2.9 की मापी गई है। बताया गया है कि इस भूकंप के चलते किसी के भी हताहत होने की जानकारी अब तक कहीं से सामने नहीं आई है।

राजस्थान के बाद उत्तराखंड में कांपी धरती, एक घंटे में आए दो भूंकप। गुरुवार की सुबह राजस्थान में भूकंप के झटकों के लगभग एक घंटे बाद उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले में भी भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए। उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी में गुरुवार को लगभग एक घंटे के दरमियान एक के बाद एक, दो भूकंप आए। पहला भूकंप उत्तरकाशी में 8 बजकर 30 मिनट पर आया, जिसकी तीव्रता रिक्टर स्केल पर 2.8 मापी गई है।

सुबह साढ़े आठ बजे आए भूकंप के लगभग एक घंटे बाद यानी 9 बजकर 32 मिनट पर फिर एक बार उत्तरकाशी की धरती पर कंपन महसूस किया गया। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सिस्मोलॉजी के मुताबिक उत्तरकाशी में आए इस दूसरे भूकंप की तीव्रता रिक्टर स्केल पर 2.7 मापी गई है। राहत की बात ये रही कि उत्तरकाशी में लगातार दो भूकंप आने के बाद भी किसी भी तरह के जान माल के नुकसान की कोई खबर नहीं है।
