सौतेला बाप करता था रेप, मां देती थी उसका साथ; आदित्यपुर में नाबालिग के साथ शर्मसार करने वाली वारदात

आरआईटी थाना क्षेत्र में मानवता को शर्मसार कर देने वाला एक मामला सामने आया है। यहां एक सौतेला बाप पत्नी को पिस्तौल का भय दिखा नाबालिग बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म करता था। इस बारे में जब नाबालिग बताती थी तो मां मुंह बंद करा देती थी। बच्ची की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने उसके सौतला पिता को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वहीं, मां को भी हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की।

थाने में दिये आवेदन में नाबालिग ने पुलिस को बताया है कि जब वह नौ साल की थी, उसी वक्त से उसका सौतेला पिता अपनी हवस का शिकार उसे बना रहा था। इधर, नाबालिग के भाई ने सोमवार को जब अपनी बहन की स्थिति खराब देख पूछताछ की तो बहन ने पूरी घटना की जानकारी दी। जिसके बाद भाई अपनी बहन को लेकर आरआईटी थाने पहुंचा और आरोपी पिता के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करायी। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी सौतेले पिता को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। वहीं, उसकी मां को भी हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की गयी। थाना प्रभारी सागर लाल महथा ने बताया की धारा 376 और पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत केस दर्ज कर लिया गया है।

पत्नी को पिस्तौल दिखा धमकाता था आरोपी

थाना प्रभारी सागर लाल महथा ने बताया कि आरोपी दिनेश गिरि बीते चार वर्ष से सौतेली पुत्री से दुष्कर्म कर रहा था। आरोपी की मां से भी पूछताछ की गयी है और उसका बयान कलमबंद किया गया है। उसके अनुसार पिस्तौल की नोक पर उसे डराया धमकाया करता था। जिसके बाद घटना को अंजाम दिया करता था। फिलहाल, इस घटना में मां की संलिप्तता का कोई साक्ष्य नहीं मिला है। पीड़िता का 164 का बयान तथा मेडिकल कराया गया।
