दिल्ली: यूपीएससी की परीक्षा पास करना इतना आसान नहीं है. लेकिन आप मेहनत करें तो कुछ भी मुश्किल नहीं है. ऐसी कई कहानियां हैं जिससे आप प्रेरणा लेकर आगे बढ़ सकते है. आज हम बताने जा रहे हैं नंदिनी केआर की जिन्होंने साल 2016 में रैंक 1 हासिल की. IAS अधिकारी बनने से पहले नंदिनी केआर भारतीय राजस्व सेवा परिवीक्षाधीन अधिकारी के पद पर कार्यरत थी. उनका सपना हमेशा से ही IAS अधिकारी बनने का था. जिसके लिए उन्होंने 4 बार यूपीएससी परीक्षा का फॉर्म भरा था.

सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री

नंदिनी कर्नाटक के कोलार जिले के केम्बोडी गांव की रहने वाली है. उनके पिता सरकारी हाई स्कूल में असिस्टेंट स्कूल मास्टर के रूप में काम करती थी. वहीं उनकी मां भी टीचर थी, लेकिन बच्चों की पढ़ाई के लिए उन्होंने नौकरी छोड़ दी. माता-पिता दोनों ही शिक्षा के क्षेत्र से संबंध रखते थे. वह शुरू से ही पढ़ाई में अच्छी थी. नंदिनी ने बेंगलुरु के एमएस रमैया इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री थी और गोल्ड मेडल जीता था. उन्होंने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा कोलार के थिमैया विद्यालय से कन्नड़ माध्यम में की थी.

नंदिनी ने अपना पहला प्रयास 2013 में दिया था. हालांकि वह प्रीलिम्स परीक्षा पास नहीं निकाल पाई. उन्हें पता चल गया था कि तैयारी सही से नहीं हुई है और गाइडेंस नहीं थी. इस बार उन्होंने यूपीएससी परीक्षा के लिए जमकर तैयारी की. इसके बाद यूपीएससी की परीक्षा दूसरी बार दी, साल 2014 में दूसरे यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा परीक्षा प्रयास की तैयारी के दौरान, नंदिनी ने कर्नाटक लोक निर्माण विभाग में असिस्टेंट इंजीनियर के रूप में काम करना शुरू कर दिया था.

नंदिनी ने एनसीईआरटी और समाचार पेपर पढ़कर

नंदिनी ने बताया कि एनसीईआरटी और समाचार पेपर पढ़कर यूपीएससी की बेसिक तैयारी शुरू की थी. बता दें, उनका ऑप्शनल सब्जेक्ट कन्नड़ लिटरेचर था. इस बार उन्होंने प्रीलिम्स और मेंस परीक्षा को क्लियर किया. नंदिनी अपनी रैंक को लेकर संतुष्ट नहीं थी, इसलिए उन्होंने दोबारा परीक्षा दी और तीसरी बार यूपीएससी परीक्षा देने का फैसला किया. लेकिन अगले बार परीक्षा निकाल नहीं पाई.

फिर क्या था हमेशा की तरह नंदिनी कोशिश करती रही और हार नहीं मानी और चौथी बार यूपीएससी परीक्षा देने का फैसला किया. उन्होंने खूब मेहनत की और यूपीएससी की परीक्षा में शामिल हुईं. इस बार जब उन्होंने रिजल्ट देखा तो यकीन नहीं हुआ. यूपीएससी 2016 की फाइनल लिस्ट में इस बार उनकी रैंक 1 आई थी.यूपीएससी परीक्षा कुल 2,025 के लिए आयोजित की जाती है, जिसमें से नंदिनी ने मेंस परीक्षा में 927 और इंटरव्यू में 193 यानी कुल मार्क्स 1,120 हासिल किए थे.

His dream was always to become an IAS officer. For which he had filled the UPSC exam form 4 times.

Graduation Degree in Civil Engineering

Nandini is a resident of Kembodi village in Kolar district of Karnataka. His father worked as an assistant school master in a government high school. His mother was also a teacher, but she left her job for the education of her children. Both the parents belonged to the field of education. She was good in studies from the beginning. Nandini did her graduation degree in civil engineering from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru and won the gold medal. He did his schooling in Kannada medium from Thimayya Vidyalaya, Kolar.

Nandini gave her first attempt in 2013. However, she could not pass the prelims exam. He came to know that the preparation was not done properly and there was no guidance. This time he prepared vigorously for the UPSC exam. After this, she gave the UPSC exam for the second time. In the year 2014, while preparing for the second UPSC Civil Services exam attempt, Nandini started working as an Assistant Engineer in the Karnataka Public Works Department.

Nandini read NCERT and news papers.

Nandini told that she started basic preparation for UPSC by reading NCERT and news papers. Let us tell you, his optional subject was Kannada Literature. This time he cleared the prelims and mains exam. Nandini was not satisfied with her rank, so she took the exam again and decided to appear for the UPSC exam for the third time. But could not clear the exam next time.

Then, as always, Nandini kept trying and did not give up and decided to appear for the UPSC exam for the fourth time. She worked hard and appeared in the UPSC examination. This time when he saw the result he could not believe it. This time her rank was 1st in the final list of UPSC 2016. UPSC exam is conducted for a total of 2,025, out of which Nandini had secured 927 marks in the mains exam and 193 in the interview i.e. total marks 1,120.
