किसी ने 50 तो किसी ने 100 रुपये दिये, एक ने तो भगा दिया; अर्धनग्न भटक रही रेप पीड़िता के साथ क्या हुआ

उज्जैन में 12 साल की एक लड़की से हुई हैवानियत ने सबको झकझोर कर रखा दिया है। रेप के बाद अर्धनग्न हालत में खून से सनी यह लड़की घर-घर जाकर मदद की भीख मांगती रही। लोगों के दरवाजे पर जाकर मदद मांग रही इस लड़की की लोगों ने किस तरह मदद की थी उसे जानकर आप दंग रह जाएंगे। बुरी हालत में यह लड़की मदद के लिए सड़कों पर भटकती सीसीटीवी फुटेज में नजर आई है। पुलिस ने यह बताया है कि जिन दरवाजों पर वो मददद के लिए जा रही थी वहां से उसे कैसी मदद मिल रही थी। 

इस संबंध में उज्जैन के पुलिस प्रमुख सचिन शर्मा से बातचीत की है। पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि जब लड़की ने अलग-अलग दरवाजों पर मदद की गुहार लगाई तब लोगों ने विभिन्न तरह से रिएक्ट किया। पुलिस ने बताया कि जिस इलाके से वो गुजर रही थी वहां के लोगों ने उसकी मदद की। किसी ने उसे 50 रुपये तो किसी ने उसे 100 रुपये। लड़की एक टोल बूथ से गुजरी। बूथ के कर्मचारी ने उसे पैसे दिये और कुछ कपड़े भी दिये। कम से कम 7-8 लोगों ने लड़की की मदद की थी। सीसीटीवी फुटेज में यह भी नजर आया है कि जब लड़की ने एक शख्स से मदद मांगी तो उसने उसे दूर भगा दिया। 

जिस शख्स ने रेप पीड़िता को भगाया था उसके बारे में पूछे जाने पर पुलिस अफसर ने बताया कि हमने वीडियो का पता लगाया और इलाके के लोगों से पूछताछ की है। पुलिस ने बताया कि जब लड़की उन्हें मिली तब उसके पास 120 रुपये थे। यह पैसे इलाके के लोगों ने उसे दिया था। पुलिस अधिकारी से जब पूछा गया कि जब अर्धनग्न हालत में थी, वो खून से लथपथ थी उसे कैश से ज्यादा इलाज की जरुरत थी? तब इसपर अफसर ने कहा कि लोगों के पास अपनी वजह हो सकती थीं, लेकिन लोगों ने आर्थिक तौर पर लड़की को मदद पहुंचाने की कोशिश की थी। 

रेप पीड़िता बार-बार क्या दोहरा रही थी...

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, पुलिस अफसर ने यह भी बताया कि लड़की स्थानीय लोगों से मिलने के बाद विशेष तौर से मदद की मांग नहीं कर रही थी बल्कि वो लोगों से कह रही थी कि कोई उसका पीछा कर रहा है। पुलिस ने बताया कि लोगों ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि लड़की बार-बार कह रही थी, 'मैं खतरे में हूं, कोई मेरे पीछे है।' इसलिए वो स्थिर नहीं थी, लोगों ने उसे के मुताबिक प्रतिक्रिया दी।

20 मिनट बाद पहुंची पुलिस

अभी तक कि जानकारी के मुताबिक, दर-दर भटकने के बाद लड़की को एक आश्रम से मदद मिली थी। एक पुजारी ने उसे कपड़े दिये थे और पुलिस को भी उन्होंने सूचित किया था। करीब 20 मिनट बाद पुलिस आई थी और उसे अस्पताल ले जाया गया था। 

राक्षसों के लिए उठी फांसी की मांग

इधर दिल्ली महिला आयोग (DCW) प्रमुख स्वाति मालीवाल ने कहा, "उज्जैन में एक 12 साल की लड़की के साथ बर्बरता से रेप किया गया।...मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस को आरोपियों को तुरंत गिरफ्तार करना चाहिए और सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। ये कौन लोग हैं जिन्हें दया नहीं आई..जब नग्न अवस्था में खून से लथपथ हालत में 12 साल की छोटी बच्ची घर-घर जाकर मदद की गुहार लगा रही थी क्या ऐसे लोगों पर कार्रवाई नहीं होनी चाहिए?...हम किस तरीके का देश बना रहे हैं? ऐसे लोगों पर भी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए...मामला फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में जाना चाहिए और ऐसे लोगों को फांसी होनी चाहिए। अगर ऐसी घटनाएं हर दूसरे दिन होती रहेंगी तो हमारी बेटियां कैसे बचेंगी और कैसे पढ़ेंगी... मैं सख्त कार्रवाई और आरोपियों की तत्काल गिरफ्तारी की अपील करूंगी।"

पीड़िता की हालत स्थिर पर जख्म गंभीर...

बहरहाल पीड़िता के बारे में आपको बता दें कि वो मध्य प्रदेश के उज्जैन से 700 किलोमीटर दूर रहती है। वो अपने दादा और बड़े भाई के साथ रहती है। रविवार को लड़की स्कूल गई थी लेकिन वो घर वापस नहीं आई थी। लड़की के घरवालों ने गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट भी दर्ज करवाई थी। उज्जैन में लड़की के साथ हुई इस भयानक कांड के बाद से वो अस्पताल में भर्ती है। उसकी हालत स्थिर जरूर बनी हुई है लेकिन उसे गंभीर जख्म मिले हैं।

According to the report, the police officer also said that after meeting the local people, the girl was not specifically asking for help but was instead telling them that someone was following her. Police said that people have said in their statement that the girl was repeatedly saying, 'I am in danger, someone is behind me.' So she was not stable, people reacted to her accordingly.

According to the information so far, after wandering from door to door, the girl got help from an ashram. A priest had given him clothes and he had also informed the police. After about 20 minutes the police came and he was taken to the hospital.

Demand for hanging for demons raised

Meanwhile, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal said, "A 12-year-old girl was brutally raped in Ujjain. Madhya Pradesh Police should immediately arrest the accused and take the strictest action." Who are these people who did not feel pity...when a 12 year old little girl, naked and drenched in blood, was going from door to door pleading for help? Shouldn't action be taken against such people?...What method should we take? We are building a country? Action should be taken against such people also... The case should go to fast track court and such people should be hanged. If such incidents keep happening every other day then how will our daughters survive and study... I I will appeal for strict action and immediate arrest of the accused."

The condition of the victim is stable but the injuries are serious.

The girl had gone to school on Sunday but did not return home. The girl's family had also filed a missing report.
