पेपर लीक मामले में एसओजी को मिली बड़ी कामयाबी, 3 सरकारी कर्मचारी सहित 4 गिरफ्तार

स्पेशल ऑपरेशन ग्रुप (एसओजी) ने कनिष्ठ अभियंता भर्ती परीक्षा- 2020 पेपर लीक मामले में तीन सरकारी कर्मचारियों सहित चार लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरफ्तार चौथे आरोपी का उपनिरीक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा में चयन हो गया, लेकिन गिरफ्तारी के डर से ज्वाइन नहीं किया। एडीजी वी.के. सिंह ने बताया कि दौसा के सालमपुर निवासी 50 हजार के इनामी पटवारी हर्षवर्धन कुमार मीणा, कालाडेरा के टाडावास निवासी राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव उर्फ राजू, खातीपुरा स्थित कुमावत कॉलोनी निवासी तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षण राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव और श्रीगंगानगर के ठेठार निवासी लाईब्रेरियन शिवरतन मोट उर्फ शिवा शर्मा को गिरफ्तार किया। राजू का उपनिरीक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा में 53वां नंबर आया था। उन्होंने कहा कि चारों आरोपियों के नकल कर सरकारी नौकरी में आने की संभावना से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है।

एसआईटी बनने के बाद नेपाल भाग गए थे
एडीजी सिंह ने बताया कि पेपर लीक से संबंधित पुरानी फाइलों को अलग-अलग टीम खंगालने में जुटी है। एएसपी रामसिंह शेखावत व बजरंग सिंह शेखावत के संयुक्त रूप से कनिष्ठ अभियंता भर्ती परीक्षा - 2020 पेपर लीक मामले में अनुसंधान किया जा रहा है। पड़ताल में सामने आया कि पटवारी हर्षवर्धन मुख्य आरोपी है और एसआईटी बनने के बाद नेपाल भाग गया। पुलिस टीम उसकी तलाश में जुटी और सोमवार को नेपाल-भारत बॉर्डर स्थित सरोली से वांटेड हर्षवर्धन व राजू को पकड़कर जयपुर लाया गया। पूछताछ में दोनों ने बताया कि शहीद दिग्विजयसिंह सुमेल राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में शिक्षक राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव ने परीक्षा से दो घंटे पहले पेपर बाहर निकाला था।

23 वर्ष में मात्र 3 माह दूसरी स्कूल में रहा शिक्षक
टीम ने शिक्षक राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव व उसके सहयोगी रहे (वर्तमान में राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय भोजेवाला, श्रीगंगानगर) लाईब्रेरियन शिवरतन शर्मा को पकड़ा गया। पूछताछ में राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव ने बताया कि पहले भी एसओजी ने उसको पकड़ा था, लेकिन मामले में उसे क्लीन चिट दे दी थी। लेकिन अब फिर पकड़ लिया। सख्ती से पूछताछ करने पर उसने बताया कि वह खातीपुरा स्थित सरकारी स्कूल में वर्ष 2000 से है और वर्ष 2010 में 3 माह के लिए मुरलीपुरा सरकारी स्कूल तीन माह के लिए तबादला हुआ था, लेकिन उसने वापस उसी पुरानी स्कूल में तबादला करवा लिया। एसआईटी को आरोपियों द्वारा कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के पेपर लीक करने आशंका है। इस संबंध में भी आरोपियों से पूछताछ की जा रही है।

एसओजी के अनुसंधान अधिकारी नियाज ने नेपाल बॉर्डर से पकड़े गए दोनों आरोपियों को मंगलवार को कोर्ट में पेश किया, जहां से उन्हें 2 मार्च तक एसओजी की रिमांड पर सौंपा है। जबकि मंगलवार को गिरफ्तार किए गए शिक्षक व लाईब्रेरियन को बुधवार को कोर्ट में पेश करेगी। आरोपियों से परीक्षा से पहले पेपर किस-किस को दिया और गिरोह में कौन लोग शामिल है। फरारी के दौरान आरोपियों की मदद करने वालों के खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई करेगी। इस संबंध में भी पूछताछ कर रही है।

SOG gets big success in paper leak case, 4 including 3 government employees arrested

The Special Operation Group (SOG) has arrested four people, including three government employees, in the Junior Engineer Recruitment Examination- 2020 paper leak case. The fourth accused arrested was selected in the sub-inspector recruitment examination, but did not join due to fear of arrest. ADG VK Singh said that a reward of Rs 50,000 was given to Patwari Harshvardhan Kumar Meena, resident of Salampur, Dausa, Rajendra Kumar Yadav alias Raju, resident of Tadawas, Kaladera, third class teacher Rajendra Kumar Yadav, resident of Kumawat Colony, Khatipura and librarian Shivratan Mot alias Shiva Sharma, resident of Thethar, Sriganganagar. Arrested. Raju stood 53rd in the sub-inspector recruitment examination. He said that the possibility of the four accused getting into government jobs by copying cannot be ruled out.

Had fled to Nepal after becoming SIT
ADG Singh said that different teams are busy investigating the old files related to the paper leak. Research is being done jointly by ASP Ram Singh Shekhawat and Bajrang Singh Shekhawat in the Junior Engineer Recruitment Examination - 2020 paper leak case. Investigation revealed that Patwari Harshvardhan is the main accused and fled to Nepal after becoming SIT. The police team started searching for him and on Monday, wanted Harshvardhan and Raju were caught from Saroli located on Nepal-India border and brought to Jaipur. During interrogation, both of them told that Rajendra Kumar Yadav, a teacher at Shaheed Digvijay Singh Sumel Government Higher Secondary School, had brought out the paper two hours before the examination.

Teacher remained in another school only for 3 months in 23 years
The team arrested teacher Rajendra Kumar Yadav and his associate (currently in Government Higher Secondary School, Bhojewala, Sriganganagar) and librarian Shivratan Sharma. During interrogation, Rajendra Kumar Yadav told that SOG had caught him earlier also, but had given him a clean chit in the case. But now he got caught again. On strict questioning, he told that he was in the government school located at Khatipura since the year 2000 and in the year 2010, he was transferred to Murlipura Government School for three months, but he got transferred back to the same old school. SIT suspects the accused of leaking papers of many competitive examinations. The accused are being interrogated in this regard also.

Two were produced in the court, two will be produced today
SOG's research officer Niaz presented both the accused caught from Nepal border in the court on Tuesday, from where they have been handed over to SOG's remand till March 2. Whereas the teacher and librarian arrested on Tuesday will be presented in the court on Wednesday. Ask the accused to whom the papers were given before the examination and who are the people involved in the gang. Action will also be taken against those who helped the accused during their escape. Inquiries are also being made in this regard.
