बीकानेर की कच्ची बस्ती के निवासियों ने कैबिनेट मंत्री गोदारा का स्वागत किया, पट्टों की मांग और नगर निगम की सुविधाओं को लेकर जताई चिंता

बीकानेर की प्रथम कच्ची बस्ती के निवासियों ने कैबिनेट मंत्री सुमित जी गोदारा का भव्य स्वागत किया और निवेदन किया कि वे पिछले 80 वर्षों से इस मोहल्ले में रह रहे हैं, लेकिन आज तक पट्टे जारी नहीं किए गए हैं। जब भी भाजपा सरकार आई, तब सभी मूलभूत सुविधाएँ दी गईं, सड़क, पानी, बिजली, शिक्षा, रोजगार, और कच्चे मकानों को पक्के मकानों में तब्दील किया गया। 

यहाँ के लोग राज्य सरकार की नौकरी करके पेंशन ले रहे हैं, 40 प्रतिशत लोग राज्य सरकार की नौकरियों में हैं। जब भी प्रशासन शहरों के संग कैंप लगाता है, हम लोग फ़ाइल जमा करवाते हैं, लेकिन वे अधिकारी पट्टे जारी नहीं कर रहे हैं। कुछ ग़रीब लोगों को अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से धनबल, भुजबल, राजनैतिक बलसे हटा दिया और उनकी ज़मीन नगर निगम ने विक्रय कर दी है, जहाँ आज पाँच मंज़िल मकान बने हुए हैं। 

श्री आशुसिंह जी ने कहा कि हमारे पटो के साथ ही बैंक से लोन सुविधा हो जाए, मंत्रीजी ने कहा कि मैं यहीं पर रहता हूँ, मुझे आपकी पीड़ा का सब पता है और अब तो कोर्ट ने भी नगर निगम को कह दिया है कि इनके पट्टा जारी कर दिए जाएंगे, इसलिए आप लोगों को कोई चिंता करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, आपको कोई नहीं हटायगा और राज्य सरकार, केन्द्र सरकार, दोनों में अपनी ही सरकार है। 

अब आपके पट्टे बना दिए जाएंगें, सभी ने तालियां बजाकर ज़िंदाबाद के नारे लगाए, श्री मनोज प्रजापत, श्री सोहनलाल, कैलाश जी, आसू सिंह जी, भंवरलाल, दीपेंद्र सिंह, भंवरसिंह, कैलाश दर्जी, रामा देवी, पुष्पा देवी, गीता देवी, सुमन, काफ़ी संख्या में लोग उपस्थित थे और सभी ने धन्यवाद दिया। मंत्री जी ने कहा कि हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की भावना है कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का घर अपना हो और इस सपने को साकार करेंगे।
