राजस्थान के सवाई माधोपुर पुलिस ने एक बड़ी गैंग को पकड़ा है। इस गैंग ने महाकाल मंदिर के महंत से 20 करोड़ रुपए की फिरौती मांगी थी। नहीं देने पर पूरे शरीर में गोलियां भर देने की धमकी दी थी। ये धमकी आतंकी लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के नाम पर दी गई थी। बुधवार को पुलिस ने इस मामले में बड़ा खुलासा करते हुए महंत के स्टाफ को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
बालकानंद गिरि को मिली थी धमकी
दरअसल पिछले सप्ताह थानापति बालकानंद गिरि ने जयपुर में आकर मीडिया को बताया था कि उन्हें लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के भतीजे सचिन बिश्नोई ने धमकी दी है और 20 करोड़ रुपए मांगे हैं। ऐसा नहीं करने पर पूरे शरीर में गोलियां भर देने की बात कही है। महंत बालकानंद गिरि ने इस मामले में खंडार थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी।
एसपी ने किया खुलासा
इस मामले में सवाई माधोपुर एसपी हर्षवर्धन अग्रवाल ने बड़ा खुलासा किया है और महंत के निजी सचिव समेत 7 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। एसपी ने बताया कि महंत के निजी सचिव रामलखन गुर्जर ने ही यह सारी प्लानिंग की थी। उसी ने महंत को इंटरनेट कॉल के जरिए धमकाया था और बाद में महंत के साथ रहकर उन्हें डराया था कि लॉरेंस बिश्नोई बहुत खतरनाक आतंकवादी है। उसे रुपया देना जरूरी है, नहीं तो वह जान से मार देगा। डर के मारे महंत ने कुछ दिन पहले धमकी देने वालों के खाते में 80000 रुपए भी जमा कर आए थे। लेकिन वे लोग जल्दी ही 20 करोड़ रुपए मांग रहे थे।
पुलिस को पहले ही था शक
एसपी ने कहा कि हमें शुरू से ही रामलखन गुर्जर पर संदेह था। उसकी गतिविधियों पर लगातार नजर थी। जब उससे सख्त होकर पूछताछ की गई तो उसने कहा कि वह जल्दी पैसे वाला बनना चाहता था और इसीलिए उसने अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ मिलकर यह पूरी प्लानिंग की।

It is necessary to give him money, otherwise he will kill you. Due to fear, Mahant had also deposited Rs 80,000 in the account of those who threatened him a few days ago. But they were soon demanding Rs 20 crore.
The police were already suspicious
