बीकानेर में जमीन इतनी धंसी कि 10 मंजिला इमारत गायब हो जाए, वैज्ञानिकों की पड़ताल में सामने आया हैरान करने वाला कारण

बीकानेर : राजस्थान में पिछले दिनों हुई कुछ भौगोलिक हलचल की घटनाएं लोगों के बीच कौतूहल का विषय बनी हुई हैं। जयपुर में सड़क धंसना हो गया बीकानेर में करीब डेढ़ बीघा जमीन का धंसना, लोग हैरान थे। बीकानेर के सहजरासर गांव में तो सड़क-पेड़ सब अचानक 100 फीट से भी अधिक गहराई में धंस गए। इस हैरानी भरी घटना को लेकर अब भू वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण विभाग ने इस रहस्य से पर्दा उठा दिया है। वैज्ञानिक जांच पड़ताल के बाद की रिपोर्ट भी चौंकाने वाली है। भू वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण की टीम ने बीते दिनों यहां का मौका देखकर बारीकी से मामले की जांच की थी। इसके बाद वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण की टीम ने तीन दिन बाद अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपी है। रिपोर्ट को लेकर लूणकरणसर उपखंड प्रशासन ने खुलासा किया है।

टीम की जांच में यह तथ्य आया सामने
पिछले महीने 24 अप्रैल को झालाना डूंगरी (जयपुर) से भारतीय भू-सर्वेक्षण विभाग की तीन सदस्यीय टीम जांच के लिए पहुंची थी। टीम ने बीकानेर में तीन दिन तक जांच पड़ताल की और इसके बाद प्रशासन को रिपोर्ट सौंपी। उपखण्ड अधिकारी राजेन्द्र कुमार ने बताया कि जीसीआई ने जमीन धंसने के मामले में अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट में जल के अत्यधिक दोहन को कारण माना है। जांच रिपोर्ट में बताया है कि बरसात की कमी से भूजल रिचार्ज नहीं हुआ। इससे जमीन खोखली हो गई और मिट्टी नीचे चली गई। जीसीआई ने मौसम विभाग, भूजल विभाग, सैटेलाइट समेत कई तरह के साक्ष्य जुटाए हैं। इसके बाद अपनी जांच में पाया कि भूजल रिचार्ज नहीं होने से तथा नीचे की जमीन ज्यादा सख्त नहीं होने से जमीन धंसी। जीसीआई इसे भौगोलिक घटना मान रहा है।

जमीन धंसने का क्या है, पूरा मामला
15 अप्रैल की रात करीब तीन बजे लूणकरनसर-ढाणी भोपालाराम से सहजरासर गांव जाने वाली सड़क पर धंस गई थी। सहजरासर गांव के नजदीक जगूनाथ के खेत की जमीन भी सड़क के साथ धंस गई। इससे 150 से 200 फीट लम्बा-चौड़ा तथा तकरीबन 90-100 फीट गहरा गड्ढा हो गया। करीब 50-60 फीट तक सड़क भी जमींदोज हो गई। एक-दो दिन में दरारें कुछ और बढ़ी। तीन-चार बड़े पेड़ भी जमीन के साथ धंस गए थे।

घटना को लेकर ग्रामीणों का क्या है मानना
हैरान करने वाली यह घटना सहजरासर गांव की है। जहां डेढ़ बीघा जमीन धीरे-धीरे 100 फुट नीचे धंस गई है। यह घटना अब लोगों में आश्चर्य का विषय बन गई है। आसपास के लोगों के अनुसार इस क्षेत्र में कई वर्षों पहले बिजली गिरी। इसके चलते ग्रामीणों का मानना है कि हर साल मिट्टी धंसती गई। इसके चलते लोगों ने इस स्थान को 'बिजलगढ़' का नाम दे दिया।

This fact came to light during the team's investigation
Last month, on April 24, a three-member team of the Land Survey of India had arrived from Jhalana Dungri (Jaipur) for investigation. The team investigated in Bikaner for three days and then submitted the report to the administration. Sub-divisional officer Rajendra Kumar said that GCI, in its investigation report in the case of land subsidence, has considered excessive exploitation of water as the reason. The investigation report states that groundwater was not recharged due to lack of rain. Due to this the ground became hollow and the soil went down. GCI has collected many types of evidence including Meteorological Department, Ground Water Department, Satellite. After this, during investigation, it was found that the ground sank due to ground water not being recharged and the ground below not being very hard. GCI is considering it as a geographical phenomenon.

What is land subsidence, the whole matter
At around 3 o'clock in the night of April 15, Lunkaransar-Dhani had caved in on the road leading from Bhopalaram to Sahajarsar village. The land of Jagunath's farm near Sahagrasar village also caved in along with the road. Due to this, a pit was formed which was 150 to 200 feet wide and about 90-100 feet deep. The road also got leveled for about 50-60 feet. Within a day or two the cracks increased further. Three-four big trees were also buried along with the ground.

What do the villagers believe about the incident?
This shocking incident happened from Sahajrasar village. Where one and a half bigha land has gradually sunk 100 feet. This incident has now become a matter of surprise among the people. According to the people nearby, lightning struck this area many years ago. Due to this, the villagers believe that the soil started sinking every year. Due to this, people named this place 'Bijalgarh'.
