राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव: पुलिस ने बढ़ाई सुरक्षा की उपायुक्ता, 11655 अपराधी पाबंद, 276 चैकपोस्ट बनाए गए

विधानसभा चुनावों में किसी भी प्रकार की अपराधिक गतिविधि पर पाबंदी लगाने के लिए पुलिस विभाग ने कडा जाब्ता किया है। सूबे के 11655 अपराधी पाबंद कर पांच सूबों से लगती  अंतरराज्यी सीमा पर 276 चैकपोस्ट बनाकर कर जाब्ता तैनात किया गया है। अपराधिक छवि वाले 2 लाई 51 हजार लोगो को कोर्ट से पाबंद करवाया गया है। इसके अलावा 1300 क्वीक एक्षन टीमें तैनात की जाएगी।

क्रिटिकल पोलिंग बूथ पर लाइव-वेबकास्टिंग

डीजीपी क़ानून व्यवस्था ने बताया कि राज्य में कुल 52 हजार 139 पोलिंग बूथ पर मतदान प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न होगी। समस्त पोलिंग बूथ पर पुलिसकर्मियों एवं होमगार्ड्स का नियोजन किया जाएगा, जो पोलिंग बूथ पर व्यवस्था बनाने, फर्जी वोटरों को पहुँचने से रोकने तथा मतदान दल की सुरक्षार्थ कार्य करेंगे. कानून व्यवस्था की दृष्टि से संवेदनशील पोलिंग बूथ पर केन्द्रीय अर्ध-सैनिक बलों की एक हथियारबंद टुकड़ी भी उपलब्ध कारवाई जाएगी। इसके अतिरिक्त जिला निवाचन अधिकारी द्वारा क्रिटिकल पोलिंग बूथ पर लाइव-वेबकास्टिंग एवं उचित स्थानों पर माइक्रो-आब्जर्वर भी नियोजित किए जा रहे हैं. 

491 आग्नेयास्त्र एवं 989 धारदार हथियार जब्त 

अवैध हथियारों के विरुद्ध आसूचना आधारित कार्यवाही करते हुए 491 आग्नेयास्त्र एवं 989 धारदार हथियार अब तक जब्त किए गए हैं। वांछित अपराधियों के विरुद्ध जारी 65,000 से अधिक गिरफ़्तारी वारंटों का गत 6 सप्ताह में निस्तारण किया गया.

11655 सन्दिग्ध चिन्हित कर किये पाबंद 
डीजी कानून व्यवस्था शर्मा ने बताया कि योजनाबद्ध रूप से कार्यवाही करते हुए राजस्थान पुलिस द्वारा विगत समय में प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ संयुक्त रूप से अतिसंवेदनशील क्षेत्र एवं उनमें निवासरत मतदाताओं की पहचान की है. इन क्षेत्रों के मतदाताओं को प्रभावित करने वाले 11 हजार 655 संभाव्य व्यक्तियों को चिन्हित कर उन्हें पाबंद करवाया गया है. 

आपराधिक छवि वाले 2.51 लाख लोगों को कोर्ट से कराया पाबन्द 
क्षेत्र में कानून-व्यवस्था को बिगाड़ सकने वाले आपराधिक व असामाजिक तत्वों को सूचीबद्ध कर उनके विरुद्धबउचित विधिक कार्यवाही की गई है. विधान सभा चुनाव की औपचारिक घोषणा के बाद आदर्श आचार संहिता अवधि के दौरान अब तक ऐसे 2.51 लाख व्यक्तियों को न्यायालय द्वारा पाबंद करवाया जा चुका है. उल्लेखनीय है कि 7 मादक पदार्थ तस्करों को पिट एनडीपीएस एक्ट में, 7 आदतन अपराधियों को राजपासा में तथा 1 हार्डकोर अपराधी को एनएसए में निरुद्ध भी करवाया गया है.

1300 से अधिक क्विक रेस्पॉन्स टीम
विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए राज्य सरकार की ओर से राजस्थान पुलिस नोडल अधिकारी एवं आईजी कानून व्यवस्था श्री गौरव श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एवं गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा राज्य में चुनाव प्रक्रिया हेतु अर्ध-सैनिक बलों की कंपनियां उपलब्ध कारवाई गई हैं. संवेदनशील पोलिंग बूथ पर तैनाती के अतिरिक्त इनकी 1300 से अधिक क्विक रेस्पॉन्स टीम (क्यूआरटी) मतदान दिवस पर गश्त करेंगी जो सभी विधान सभा क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा एवं व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करेंगी. 

 1.70 हजार से अधिक सुरक्षा कर्मी नियोजित 

राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि प्रदेश में शांतिपूर्ण एवं निष्पक्ष निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करवाने हेतु 70 हजार से अधिक राजस्थान पुलिस के पुलिसकर्मी, 18 हजार राजस्थान होमगार्ड्स, 2 हजार राजस्थान बॉर्डर होमगार्ड्स, 15 हजार अन्य राज्यों के होमगार्ड्स ( उत्तर प्रदेश, गुजरात, हरियाणा, मध्य प्रदेश), आरएसी की 120 कंपनियां शामिल हैं। साथ ही केन्द्रीय अर्ध-सैनिक बल (सीआरपीएफ, बीएसएफ, आईटीबीपी, सीआईएसएफ, एसएसबी, आरपीएफ आदि) की कंपनियां एवं 18 अन्य राज्यों के सशस्त्र बल सहित कुल 1,70,000 से अधिक सुरक्षाकर्मी नियोजित किए जाएंगे.

Rajasthan Assembly Elections: Deputy Commissioner of Police increased security, 11655 criminals banned, 276 checkposts made.

The police department has taken strict action to prevent any kind of criminal activity during the assembly elections. 11655 criminals of the state have been arrested and 276 checkposts have been made and tax forces have been deployed on the interstate border with five states. 2 to 51 thousand people with criminal background have been banned from the court. Apart from this, 1300 quick action teams will be deployed.

Live-webcasting at critical polling booths

DGP Law and Order said that the voting process will be completed at a total of 52 thousand 139 polling booths in the state. Policemen and home guards will be deployed at all the polling booths, who will work to make arrangements at the polling booth, prevent fake voters from reaching there and for the security of the polling party. An armed contingent of central para-military forces will also be available to take action at sensitive polling booths from law and order point of view. Apart from this, live-webcasting at critical polling booths and micro-observers at appropriate places are also being deployed by the District Election Officer.
491 firearms and 989 sharp weapons seized

While taking intelligence based action against illegal weapons, 491 firearms and 989 sharp weapons have been seized so far. More than 65,000 arrest warrants issued against wanted criminals were disposed of in the last 6 weeks.

11655 suspects were identified and restrictions were imposed.
DG Law and Order Sharma said that by taking planned action, in the past, Rajasthan Police, jointly with the administrative officials, has identified the highly sensitive areas and the voters residing in them. 11 thousand 655 potential persons influencing the voters of these areas have been identified and banned.
2.51 lakh people with criminal image got banned from court
Criminal and anti-social elements who can disturb the law and order in the area have been listed and appropriate legal action has been taken against them. So far, 2.51 lakh such persons have been banned by the court during the Model Code of Conduct period after the formal announcement of the Assembly elections. It is noteworthy that 7 drug smugglers have been booked under NDPS Act, 7 habitual criminals have been detained under Rajpasa and 1 hardcore criminal has been detained under NSA.
More than 1300 quick response teams
On behalf of the state government for the assembly elections, Rajasthan Police Nodal Officer and IG Law and Order Shri Gaurav Srivastava said that the Election Commission of India and the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India have made available companies of para-military forces for the election process in the state. Apart from deployment at sensitive polling booths, more than 1300 Quick Response Teams (QRTs) will patrol on the polling day to ensure security and order in all the assembly constituencies.
  More than 1.70 thousand security personnel employed

Rajeev Sharma said that to ensure peaceful and fair election process in the state, more than 70 thousand Rajasthan Police personnel, 18 thousand Rajasthan Home Guards, 2 thousand Rajasthan Border Home Guards, 15 thousand Home Guards of other states (Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh) State), 120 companies of RAC are included. Also, a total of more than 1,70,000 security personnel including companies of central paramilitary forces (CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB, RPF etc.) and armed forces of 18 other states will be deployed.
