बीकानेर RTO में ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस ट्रैक का ऑनलाइन सिस्टम फेल, आवेदकों को लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने में समस्याएं

बीकानेर जिला परिवहन कारागार की ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस शाखा में कल दोपहर से ही वाहन ट्रायल के लिए बना ड्राइविंग ट्रैक का ऑनलाइन सिस्टम फेल हो गया है। इसके कारण किसी भी परमानेंट लाइसेंस का निर्गमन नहीं हुआ। आज के स्लॉट के लिए तारीख बुक करने वाले लोगों को बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के बेरंग लौटना पड़ा।

जिला परिवहन कारागार बीकानेर में प्रतिदिन टू व्हीलर और फौर व्हीलर सहित डेढ़ सौ से दौ सौ ड्राइविंग आवेदन आते हैं। इन आवेदनों में महिलाएं, पुरुष और वृद्ध व्यक्ति समाहित हैं जो ड्राइविंग ट्रेक पर वाहन चलाकर ट्रायल देते हैं।

आज मोटर वाहन ड्राइविंग टेस्ट के लिए बीकानेर से आने वाले अन्य शहरों और दूरदराज क्षेत्रों के आवेदकों ने दिखाया था कि उन्होंने ड्राइविंग सीखी है और उन्हें लाइसेंस मिला है। लेकिन ड्राइविंग ट्रैक का सिस्टम फेल होने के कारण उन्हें लाइसेंस नहीं मिला।

इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए बीकानेर सिटीजन एशोसिएशन के एडवोकेट हनुमान शर्मा, एडवोकेट बनवारी लाल सीगड़, एडवोकेट पूनमचंद पुनियां आदि ने उच्च अधिकारियों को समस्या की जानकारी दी है, लेकिन कोई स्थिति सुधारने का कोई उपाय नहीं निकला है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप आवेदकों को लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने में समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो रही हैं। इस मुद्दे पर समाचार एजेंसियों के माध्यम से उप मुख्यमंत्री, परिवहन मंत्री,और परिवहन आयुक्त तक शिकायत पहुंचाई जाएगी।

Online system of driving license track fails in Bikaner RTO, applicants face problems in getting license.

The online system of driving track for vehicle trial has failed in the driving license branch of Bikaner District Transport Jail since yesterday afternoon. Due to this no permanent license was issued. People who had booked dates for today's slot had to return without driving licenses.

Every day, 150 to 200 driving applications including two wheeler and four wheeler are received in District Transport Jail Bikaner. These applications include women, men and elderly people who give trials by driving the vehicles on the driving track.

Today the applicants from other cities and remote areas who came from Bikaner for the motor vehicle driving test had shown that they have learned driving and got the license. But due to failure of the driving track system, he did not get the license.

To solve this problem, Bikaner Citizen Association's Advocate Hanuman Sharma, Advocate Banwari Lal Sigar, Advocate Poonamchand Punia etc. have informed the higher authorities about the problem, but no solution has been found to improve the situation. As a result, applicants are facing problems in obtaining licenses. Complaints on this issue will be sent to the Deputy Chief Minister, Transport Minister and Transport Commissioner through news agencies.
