पूर्व विधायक के भाई पर नाबालिग ने लगाया दुष्कर्म का आरोप

कोटा। राजस्थान के कोटा में सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। पूर्व विधायक विद्याशंकर नंदवाना के छोटे भाई मधुसूदन नंदवाना पर कैथून थाना में दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है। बताया जा रहा है कि नाबालिग पीड़िता आरोपी के घर झाडू-पोंछा करने जाती थी। फिलहाल पुलिस मामला की जांच में जुटी है।

राजस्थान के कोटा जिले के कैथून थाना इलाके में एक नाबालिग बालिका ने पूर्व विधायक के भाई पर पॉक्सो एक्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। मामले में आरोपी मधुसूदन नंदवाना ने पीड़िता नंदवाना के घर पर झाडू-पोछा और अन्य कार्य के लिए आने वाली नाबालिग के साथ दुष्कर्म किया है। मामला करीब एक सप्ताह पुराना बताया जा रहा है। जिस पर छह सितंबर को मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार पीपल्दा के पूर्व विधायक विद्याशंकर नंदवाना के छोटा भाई आरोपी मधुसूदन के घर पर एक 17 वर्षीय बालिका झाडू-पोंछा करने के लिए बीते एक साल से आ रही थी। इसी नाबालिग ने मधुसूदन पर आरोप लगाया है। उसने यह बात अपने परिजनों को बताई। जिसके बाद ही परिजनों ने मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। मधुसुदनदन की उम्र करीब 50 साल है। वह खाद-बीज की दुकान संचालित करता है।

इस संबंध में कैथून थानाधिकारी हरि सिंह मीणा ने पूरी तरह से अभिज्ञता जाहिर की है। उन्होनें एफआईआर दर्ज होने की बात से भी इनकार किया हैं। वहीं, पुलिस उप अधीक्षक गजेंद्र सिंह का कहना है कि मुकदमा छह सितंबर को दर्ज किया गया, इसमें घटना कुछ दिन पहले की बताई गई है। इस मामले में पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। इसकी जांच कैथून थानाधिकारी हरि सिंह मीणा कर रहे हैं। इस मामले में पीड़िता के 164 के बयान न्यायालय में करवाए जाने हैं।

On which a case was registered on September 6.

According to the information received, a 17-year-old girl was coming to the house of accused Madhusudan, younger brother of former Pipalda MLA Vidyashankar Nandwana, for the last one year to sweep. This minor has accused Madhusudan. He told this to his family. Only after which the family members have filed a case. Madhusudandan is about 50 years old. He operates a fertilizer and seed shop.

Kaithoon police station officer Hari Singh Meena has expressed full awareness in this regard. He has also denied that an FIR has been registered. Meanwhile, Deputy Superintendent of Police Gajendra Singh says that the case was registered on September 6, in which the incident is said to have happened a few days ago. A case has been registered in this matter under the POCSO Act. Kaithoon police station officer Hari Singh Meena is investigating this. In this case, 164 statements of the victim are to be taken in the court.
