 दिल्ली। तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) की नेता महुआ मोइत्रा (Mahua Moitra) को शुक्रवार को पैसे लेकर संसद में सवाल पूछने के मामले में लोकसभा से निष्कासित कर दिया गया। संसद से निकाले जाने के चलते मोइत्रा गुस्से में आगबबूला हो गईं। उन्होंने आचार समिति को विपक्ष को गिराने वाला हथियार बताया।

मीडिया से बात करते हुए मोइत्रा ने कहा कि उनके खिलाफ आचार समिति के पास कोई सबूत नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा, "इस लोकसभा ने एक संसदीय समिति के हथियारीकरण को देखा है। नैतिकता समिति का दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है। यह विपक्ष को कुचलने का हथियार बन गया है।"

मोइत्रा ने कहा कि एथिक्स पैनल की रिपोर्ट पूरी तरह से दो निजी नागरिकों (दर्शन हीरानंदानी और वकील जय अनंत देहाद्राई) पर आधारित है। उन्होंने कहा, "आप मुझे दोषी मान रहे हैं या उस आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं जो अस्तित्व में ही नहीं है। मुझे दो निजी नागरिकों से सवाल करने नहीं दिया गया। आचार समिति ने मुझे फांसी दे दी है। मैंने कैश या गिफ्ट लिया इसके कोई सबूत नहीं हैं।"

पूर्व सांसद ने कहा कि सांसद "कन्वेयर बेल्ट" की तरह हैं जो लोगों के मुद्दों को संसद में लाते हैं, लेकिन "कंगारू अदालत ने बिना किसी सबूत के मुझे सजा दी।" मोइत्रा ने कहा, "मोदी सरकार ने सोचा है कि मुझे चुप कराकर वे अदानी मुद्दे से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं। इस कंगारू अदालत ने देश को दिखाया है कि आपने जल्दबाजी में फैसला लिया और उचित प्रक्रिया का दुरुपयोग किया। इससे पता चलता है कि अदानी आपके लिए कितना महत्वपूर्ण हैं।"

महुआ मोइत्रा ने दावा किया कि अब उनके घर पर निश्चित तौर पर सीबीआई भेजी जाएगी। उन्हें अगले छह महीने तक परेशान किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा, "अडानी के 13 हजार करोड़ रुपए का कोयला घोटाला किया, लेकिन सीबीआई और ईडी ने उसकी जांच नहीं की।"

महुआ मोइत्रा के खिलाफ भाजपा सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने पैसे लेकर संसद में सवाल पूछने के आरोप लगाए हैं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाए हैं कि मोइत्रा ने व्यवसायी दर्शन हीरानंदानी से पैसे और गिफ्ट लेकर संसद में सवाल पूछे। भाजपा सांसद ने वकील जय अनंत देहाद्राई के पत्र का हवाला दिया था। इसमें मोइत्रा और हीरानंदानी के बीच लेन-देन के सबूत होने का वादा किया गया था। महुआ मोइत्रा ने अपने संसदीय लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड हीरानंदानी के साथ शेयर किया था

He said, "You are blaming me or violating a code of conduct which does not exist. I was not allowed to question two private citizens. The Ethics Committee has hanged me. I did not accept cash or gifts. There is no evidence of this."

Mahua Moitra claims- Now CBI will come to my house
The former MP said MPs are like "conveyor belts" that bring people's issues to Parliament, but "the kangaroo court convicted me without any evidence." Moitra said, "Modi government has thought that by silencing me they can get rid of the Adani issue. This kangaroo court has shown the country that you took a hasty decision and misused due process. This shows that Adani How important it is to you."

Mahua Moitra claimed that now CBI will definitely be sent to her house. He will be harassed for the next six months. He said, "Adani's coal scam worth Rs 13 thousand crore was committed, but CBI and ED did not investigate it."

What is 'cash-for-query' issue?
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has leveled allegations against Mahua Moitra for taking money and asking questions in Parliament. He has alleged that Moitra took money and gifts from businessman Darshan Hiranandani and asked questions in Parliament. The BJP MP had cited the letter of lawyer Jai Ananth Dehadrai. It promised to have evidence of transactions between Moitra and Hiranandani. Mahua Moitra had shared her parliamentary login ID and password with Hiranandani.
