आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को ईडी ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। विपक्षी दलों ने उनकी गिरफ्तारी को गलत बताया है। खास बात है कि केजरीवाल के समर्थन में ऐसे दो शख्स भी खड़े हुए हैं, जिन्हें नौ वर्ष पहले आम आदमी पार्टी से अपमानित कर निष्कासित किया गया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता प्रशांत भूषण और राजनेता एवं आंदोलनकारी योगेंद्र यादव, जो 'आप' के संस्थापक सदस्य रहे हैं, उन्होंने केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी का विरोध किया है। 

गिरफ्तारी को बताया मर्यादा का चीर हरण … 
योगेंद्र यादव ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर लिखा, 'राजनीतिक सहमति असहमति अपनी जगह है, लेकिन लोकतांत्रिक मर्यादा सर्वोपरि है। अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी इस मर्यादा का चीर हरण है। इस हिसाब से तो इलेक्टोरल बॉण्ड घोटाले में पूरी केंद्रीय कैबिनेट को जेल में होना चाहिए। लोकतंत्र में आस्था रखने वाले हर भारतीय को इसके विरोध में खड़ा होना चाहिए।'
चौंकाने वाला और निंदनीय कदम … 

प्रशांत भूषण ने भी केजरीवाल के समर्थन में ट्वीट किया। उन्होंने लिखा, 'यह विडंबनापूर्ण है कि ईडी, जो अपने भाजपा आकाओं के लिए चुनावी बांड के माध्यम से कॉरपोरेट्स से धन की उगाही में शामिल रही है, उसके अधिकारियों की जांच की जानी चाहिए। उन पर मुकदमा चलाया जाना चाहिए। इस जांच एजेंसी के अधिकारियों ने रात में केजरीवाल को उनके खिलाफ कोई दस्तावेजी सबूत के बिना ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। सरकार का यह चौंकाने वाला और निंदनीय कदम है।' 

'आप' को हराने का आरोप लगा … 
बता दें कि 2015 में आम आदमी पार्टी की अनुशासन समिति ने योगेंद्र यादव, प्रशांत भूषण, प्रो. आनंद कुमार और अजीत झा को 'पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों' के लिए निष्कासित कर दिया था। ऐसी खबरें भी आई थीं कि आप की राष्ट्रीय परिषद की बैठक में प्रशांत भूषण और योगेंद्र यादव के साथ मारपीट हुई। हालांकि आम आदमी पार्टी ने इन आरोपों से इन्कार किया था। योगेंद्र यादव और प्रशांत भूषण, उस बैठक को बीच में ही छोड़कर बाहर आ गए थे। भूषण पर दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव में 'आप' को हराने के लिए काम करने का आरोप लगाया था। 

मुखौटा कंपनियों से चंदा लेने का आरोप … 
दूसरी तरफ प्रशांत भूषण ने आप की राष्ट्रीय अनुशासन समिति (एनडीसी) के सदस्य पंकज गुप्ता पर संदिग्ध कंपनियों से चंदा लेने का आरोप लगाया था। ऐसे आरोपों की जांच के लिए फाइल को पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय लोकपाल एडमिरल रामदास के पास भेजा जाना चाहिए था। भूषण के आरोपों में मुखौटा कंपनियों से दो करोड़ रुपये चंदा लेना भी शामिल था। प्रशांत ने अपने जवाब में लिखा, गंभीर आरोपों को, पार्टी संविधान के अनुसार, लोकपाल के पास भेजे जाने के बजाय आप ने एडमिरल रामदास को ही हटा दिया।

Yogendra Yadav wrote on social media platform X, 'Political agreement and disagreement have their place, but democratic decorum is paramount. The arrest of Arvind Kejriwal is a snatching of this dignity. According to this, the entire Union Cabinet should be in jail in the electoral bond scam. Every Indian who believes in democracy should stand against it.
Shocking and condemnable move…

Prashant Bhushan also tweeted in support of Kejriwal. He wrote, 'It is ironic that the officers of ED, which has been involved in extorting money from corporates through electoral bonds for their BJP masters, should be investigated. They should be prosecuted. The officers of this investigating agency have arrested Kejriwal in the night without any documentary evidence against him. This is a shocking and condemnable step by the government.

Accused of defeating AAP…
Let us tell you that in 2015, the disciplinary committee of Aam Aadmi Party had appointed Yogendra Yadav, Prashant Bhushan, Prof. Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha were expelled for 'anti-party activities'. There were also reports that Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav were beaten up in the AAP National Council meeting. However, Aam Aadmi Party had denied these allegations. Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan had left that meeting midway and came out. Bhushan was accused of working to defeat 'AAP' in the Delhi Assembly elections.

Accused of taking donations from shell companies…
On the other hand, Prashant Bhushan had accused AAP's National Disciplinary Committee (NDC) member Pankaj Gupta of taking donations from dubious companies. The file should have been sent to the party's national ombudsman Admiral Ramdas to investigate such allegations. Bhushan's allegations also included taking donations of Rs 2 crore from shell companies. Prashant wrote in his reply, instead of sending the serious allegations to the Lokpal, as per the party constitution, AAP removed Admiral Ramdas.
