कोटगेट पुलिस टीम ने बीकानेर के 44 होटलों में छापा कार्रवाई, मिले लाखों
बीकानेर। कोटगेट पुलिस की टीम ने लालजी होटल व होटल बीकानेर में ठहरे यात्री से लाखों रूपए जब्त किए हैं। थानाधिकारी बृजभूषण अग्रवाल के अनुसार एरिया डोमिनेशन अभियान के तहत कोटगेट थाना क्षेत्र की कुल 44 होटलों में चैकिंग की गई। एएसआई रामफूल मीणा मय टीम ने होटल लालजी में चैकिंग की। इस दौरान कमरा नंबर 105 में रुके शालीमार बाग, नई दिल्ली निवासी 29 वर्षीय अनंत जैन पुत्र नरेश जैन के पास 5 लाख 98 हजार 4 सौ रूपए मिले।
अनंत रूपयों के बारे में संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे पाया। वहीं एएसआई श्यामलाल मय टीम ने होटल बीकानेर में चैकिंग की। कमरा नंबर 304 में ठहरे आगरा निवासी उज्जवल गोयल पुत्र राजीव गोयल के पास 2 लाख 42 हजार रूपए मिले। गोयल इन रूपयों के बारे में संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे पाया। दोनों की राशि धारा 102 सीआरपीसी के तहत जब्त कर ली गई है।
बता दें कि विधानसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर आईजी ओमप्रकाश पासवान ने एरिया डोमिनेशन अभियान चला रखा है। इसी के तहत एसपी तेजस्वनी गौतम व एएसपी सिटी दीपक शर्मा के निर्देशन, सीओ सिटी हिमांशु शर्मा, सीओ गंगाशहर मुकेश सोनी, सीओ सदर शालिनी बजाज, प्रशिक्षु आरपीएस चंदन प्रकाश, कोटगेट थानाधिकारी बृजभूषण अग्रवाल, एएसआई रामफूल, एएसआई श्यामलाल व एएसआई कमला के नेतृत्व में सात टीमों ने रानी बाजार, स्टेशन रोड़, केईएम रोड़ गोगागेट व जिन्ना रोड़ की होटलों में चैकिंग अभियान चलाया।

Whereas ASI Shyamlal May team checked in Hotel Bikaner. 2 lakh 42 thousand rupees were found with Ujjwal Goyal, son of Rajiv Goyal, resident of Agra, staying in room number 304. Goyal could not give a satisfactory answer regarding these rupees. The amount of both has been confiscated under Section 102 CrPC.

Seven teams conducted checking campaign in hotels of Rani Bazar, Station Road, KEM Road, Gogagate and Jinnah Road.
