क्या है ‘अपार कार्ड’
‘अपार कार्ड’ का पूरा नाम ‘स्वचालित स्थायी शैक्षणिक खाता रजिस्ट्री (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry)’ है। इसका मतलब सरकार बच्चों का 12 अंकों का एक ऐसा आइडी कार्ड बनाएगी, जो बचपन से लेकर उनकी पढ़ाई खत्म होने तक स्थायी रहेगा। उनके स्कूल बदलने पर भी उनकी ‘अपार आइडी’ एक ही रहेगी और यह उनके आधार कार्ड से अलग होगा। इसमें उनकी सभी जानकारी स्वयं से बदलती जाएगी।

कैसे बनेगा यह कार्ड
‘अपार कार्ड’ बनवाने के लिए विद्यार्थी के पास आधार कार्ड होना जरूरी है और उसका खाता डिजिलाकर पर होना भी जरूरी है। इससे विद्यार्थी की ई-केवाईसी पूरी की जाएगी और ‘अपार कार्ड’ छात्र-छात्राओं को उनके स्कूल या कालेज जारी करेंगे। इसके लिए पंजीकरण बच्चों के माता-पिता की सहमति से होगा और वहीं माता-पिता किसी भी समय अपनी सहमति को समाप्त भी कर सकते हैं। स्कूल और कालेज के विद्यार्थियों को एक आवेदन पत्र दिया जाएगा, जिसे वे अपने माता-पिता से भरवाकर जमा कर सकते हैं। अपार कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आपको एक भी पैसा फीस के लिए नहीं देना होगा।

कार्ड से छात्रों के लिए लाभ
