प्रदेश में चुनावी चौसर बिछ चुकी है। केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने अपने कई दिग्गज नेताओं को फोन घुमाया है। जिसके रूझान भी सामने आने लगे है। भाजपा की पहली सूची से ही प्रदेश के बीजेपी नेताओं में विरोध का बिगुल बजाने वाले राजपाल सिंह के सुर बदल गए हैं। हुआ यूं कि अमित शाह ने अरुण सिंह को फोन करके राजपाल से बात करने के लिए कहा।
अरुण सिंह ने राजपाल को फोन करके बुलाया और समझाया। गुरुवार शाम 6 बजे राजपाल ने कोर कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रताप सर्किल गोकुलपुरा स्थित आरके पैराडाइज मैरिज गार्डन में राजपाल ने एकत्रित किया। उन्होंने कहा- अमित शाह ने जिस प्रकार से वादा किया है, भरोसा दिया है,
उसे बारे में सोचना चाहिए।उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं से मन की बात देर रात तक बताने के लिए कहा। हालांकि मैसेज मान लिया गया है कि वह गुरुवार को नामांकन वापस लेंगे। उधर, कांग्रेस भी बागी प्रत्याशियों को मनाने की कोशिश कर रही है, लेकिन कई प्रत्याशी चुनाव लडऩे पर अड़े हैं। कई प्रत्याशी फोन नहीं उठा रहे हैं या फोन बंद कर कहीं पर चले गए हैं।
