राजस्थान में सरकार बदलते ही निशाने पर आए कांग्रेस नेता, 6 के खिलाफ केस दर्ज

कांग्रेस सरकार में मंत्री रहे प्रमोद जैन भाया के करीबी कांग्रेस के छह नेताओं के खिलाफ किशनगंज थाने में केस दर्ज हुआ है। इन नेताओं के खिलाफ जमीन पर कब्जा करने, किडनैप करने, जाति सूचक शब्दों बोलने, अवैध खनन आदि मामलों में हुई शिकायतों के चलते केस दर्ज किया गया है।

इनके खिलाफ दर्ज हुआ केस
किशनगंज थाने पर दीगोदपार निवासी तोलाराम सहरिया द्वारा किशनगंज के उपप्रधान गोपी गिरिश नागर, युवक कांग्रेस बारां पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष शरद शर्मा, चितरंजन पाठक, हुसैन खान, जिला परिषद सदस्य प्रदीप काबरा, कांग्रेस नेता घनश्याम के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कराया है। इन नेताओं के खिलाफ वन विभाग और सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध रूप से खनन कर पत्थर स्प्लाई करने का आरोप है।

एक्शन में भाजपा सरकार
दरअसल राजस्थान में भाजपा सरकार बनने के बाद लगातार एक्टिव मोड में नजर आ रही है। पूरे देश में कानून व्यवस्था में बदलाव को लेकर राजधानी जयपुर में तीन दिन देश के समस्त डीजी और आईजी की कॉन्फ्रेंस होने जा रही है। इसी बीच राजस्थान से एक सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है। यहां पुलिस ने कांग्रेस के 6 नेताओं के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। जो कांग्रेस शासन में मंत्री रह चुके नेता के करीबी बताए जा रहे हैं। बारां पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच में जुटी है।

प्रमोद जैन के नाम पर दी थी धमकी
एक अन्य मामला यह है कि इन लोगों ने मंत्री रह चुके प्रमोद जैन भैया के नाम पर धमकी दी थी और कहा था कि इस क्षेत्र में खनन करने के लिए मंत्री ने ही कहा है। यदि कोई ब्लास्टिंग करने पर आपत्ति उठाता तो उन्हें झूठे मुकदमे लगाकर जेल भेजने की धमकी दी जाती थी।

5 बीघा जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा
पीड़ित का कहना है कि इन लोगों ने 5 बीघा जमीन पर डरा धमका कर अवैध खनन किया और उसे बंधक भी बनाया। इन लोगों ने खनन करके खेत में भी काफी गहरा गड्ढा कर दिया है। सभी लोग मंत्री के करीबी थे इसलिए मुकदमा दर्ज करने की हिम्मत नहीं जुटा पाया।

A case has been registered at Kishanganj police station by Digodpar resident Tolaram Sahariya against Kishanganj vice-principal Gopi Girish Nagar, Youth Congress Baran former district president Sharad Sharma, Chittaranjan Pathak, Hussain Khan, Zilla Parishad member Pradeep Kabra, Congress leader Ghanshyam. There is an allegation against these leaders of illegally mining and supplying stones on forest department and government land.

Threat was given in the name of Pramod Jain
Another matter is that these people had given threat in the name of former minister Pramod Jain Bhaiya and said that the minister himself had asked for mining in this area. If anyone raised objection to blasting, they were threatened with false cases and sent to jail.

Illegal occupation of 5 bigha land
The victim says that these people did illegal mining on 5 bighas of land by threatening him and also held him hostage. These people have created a deep pit in the field by mining. All the people were close to the minister so he could not muster the courage to file a case.
