संसद में चल रहे शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान, सरकार ने राज्यसभा में यह कहा कि राजस्थान में 450 रुपये में एलपीजी सिलेंडर देने का कोई इरादा नहीं है, और भारत सरकार द्वारा ऐसी कोई घोषणा नहीं की गई है। 

राज्यसभा के प्रश्नकाल में सवाल पूछने वाले सांसद जावेद अली खान ने सरकार से पूछा कि क्या सरकार ने हाल ही में राजस्थान में 450 रुपये में एलपीजी सिलेंडर देने की घोषणा की है, और क्या इस प्रकार की योजना देशभर में लागू की जा रही है? पेट्रोलियम राज्यमंत्री रामेश्वर तेली ने इस पर जवाब देते हुए कहा कि राजस्थान में 450 रुपये में एलपीजी सिलेंडर देने की कोई घोषणा नहीं हुई है।

इस पूरे मामले का मूख्य बिंदु यह है कि हाल ही में हुए पांच राज्यों के विधानसभा चुनावों में, जिनमें राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़, तेलंगाना, और मिजोरम शामिल हैं, बीजेपी ने अपने घोषणापत्र में यह वादा किया था कि प्रधानमंत्री उज्जवला योजना के लाभार्थियों को राजस्थान में 450 रुपये में सिलेंडर मिलेगा।

यह वादा मध्य प्रदेश में भी किया गया था। इसलिए, सवाल उठ रहा है कि राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश के अलावा देशभर में क्या इस प्रकार की योजना लागू की जा रही है और यदि हाँ, तो इसका पूरा अंतर्निहित मतलब क्या है।

इस बीच, संसद में बीजेपी के वादे को लेकर भी चर्चा हो रही है, क्योंकि विधानसभा चुनावों में सरकार बनाने के बाद भी वादों को पूरा करना चुनौतीपूर्ण हो सकता है। 

वर्तमान में, प्रधानमंत्री उज्जवला योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को 603 रुपये में सिलेंडर मिल रहा है। इससे उत्पन्न सवाल है कि क्या राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश के लाभार्थियों को 450 रुपये में सिलेंडर देने का वादा किस तरह पूरा होगा और यह आम लोगों के लिए कितना फायदेमंद होगा।

LPG Price Update: Beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana are getting LPG cylinder for Rs 603, while general consumers are getting it for Rs 900.

During the ongoing winter session of Parliament, the government stated in the Rajya Sabha that there is no intention to provide LPG cylinders at Rs 450 in Rajasthan, and no such announcement has been made by the Government of India.

MP Javed Ali Khan, who asked the question during the Question Hour of Rajya Sabha, asked the government whether the government has recently announced to provide LPG cylinder for Rs 450 in Rajasthan, and whether such a scheme is being implemented across the country? Responding to this, Minister of State for Petroleum Rameshwar Teli said that there has been no announcement of providing LPG cylinder for Rs 450 in Rajasthan.

The crux of this whole matter is that in the recently held assembly elections of five states, which include Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and Mizoram, the BJP had promised in its manifesto that the beneficiaries of the Prime Minister Ujjwala Scheme Will get cylinder for Rs 450 in Rajasthan.

This promise was also made in Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, the question is arising whether this type of scheme is being implemented across the country apart from Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and if yes, what is its underlying meaning.

Meanwhile, BJP's promises are also being discussed in the Parliament, because even after forming the government in the assembly elections, it can be challenging to fulfill the promises.

Currently, under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, beneficiaries are getting cylinders for Rs 603. The question arising from this is whether the promise of giving cylinders for Rs 450 to the beneficiaries of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh will be fulfilled and how beneficial it will be for the common people.
