पिस्टल के दम पर पैसे मांगने का मामला: चार लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज

बीती रात कोटगेट क्षेत्र में पिस्टल के दम पर पैसे मांगने का मामला सामने आया है। इस संबंध में बिस्सों के चौक में रहने वाले गिरीराज व्यास ने आवेश खान व तीन अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ सदर पुलिस थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है।

 प्रार्थी ने बताया कि वह अपने साथी के साथ पीबीएम में किसी से मिलकर आ रहे थे। इसी दौरान पीछे से एक स्कार्पियों में आरोपी आए और उसकी गाड़ी के आगे गाड़ी लगा दी। प्रार्थी के अनुसार स्कॉर्पियो गाड़ी में से आवेश खान व चार जने उतरे तथा मुझे मेरी कार में से खींचकर बाहर निकाल लिया ।

आवेश खान ने मेरी कनपटी पर पिस्तौल लगाकर कहा कि जिन्दा रहना चाहते हो तो पच्चीस लाख रूपये देने पड़ेगे नहीं तो मैं तुम्हें जान से मार दूंगा। प्रार्थी ने कहा कि मेरे पास तुम्हें देने के लिये इतने रूपये नहीं है,तो आवेश खान व उसके साथियों ने मेरे साथ थाप-मुक्कों से मारपीट की और मुझे अगुवा कर अपनी स्कॉर्पियों में डालने का प्रयास किया। पुलिस ने प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

  The applicant told that he was coming with his companion to meet someone at PBM. Meanwhile, the accused came from behind in a Scorpio and parked in front of his car. According to the applicant, Avesh Khan and four people got out of the Scorpio car and pulled me out of my car.

Avesh Khan put a pistol on my temple and said that if you want to stay alive, you will have to pay twenty-five lakh rupees, otherwise I will kill you. The applicant said that I do not have that much money to give you, then Avesh Khan and his associates beat me with slaps and punches and tried to drag me and put me in their Scorpio. Based on the report of the applicant, the police have registered a case and started investigation.
