सुमित गोदारा ने राजस्थान सरकार में खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति कैबिनेट मंत्री बनने के बाद बीकानेर में अपने पहले आगमन का स्वागत किया। उन्हें बीकानेर शहर में बाईपास, हल्दीराम प्याऊ, तिलक नगर, व्यास कॉलोनी, सागर रोड, मिलन ट्रेवल्स, म्यूजियम सर्किल, दीनदयाल सर्किल, और भाजपा संभाग कार्यालय में विशेष सत्कार किया गया।
इस अवसर पर, भाजपा के जिलाध्यक्ष विजय आचार्य और देहात जिलाध्यक्ष जालम सिंह भाटी के नेतृत्व में स्थानीय कार्यकर्ता ने मंत्री सुमित गोदारा को बधाई दी। गोदारा ने अपने संबोधन में यह कहा कि युवा मोर्चा उपाध्यक्ष से कैबिनेट मंत्री बनना उनके लिए गर्व का क्षण है, और इससे भारतीय जनता पार्टी की संगठन स्वभाव की सुंदरता प्रकट हो रही है। उन्होंने भाजपा के कार्यकर्ताओं को काम करने और उनके काम का सम्मान करने की अपील की।

Sumit Godara welcomed his first visit to Bikaner after becoming the Cabinet Minister for Food and Civil Supplies in the Government of Rajasthan. He was given special treatment at Bypass, Haldiram Pyau, Tilak Nagar, Vyas Colony, Sagar Road, Milan Travels, Museum Circle, Deendayal Circle, and BJP division office in Bikaner city.
On this occasion, local workers led by BJP District President Vijay Acharya and Dehat District President Jalam Singh Bhati congratulated Minister Sumit Godara. In his address, Godara said that becoming a Cabinet Minister from Yuva Morcha Vice President is a proud moment for him, and this reveals the beauty of the organizational nature of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He appealed to BJP workers to work and respect their work.
