राजस्थान में इस बार हुए विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद पहले जहां मुख्यमंत्री का नाम लोगों के लिए चर्चा का विषय बना रहा। वही इस बार राजस्थान में पहली बार दो उपमुख्यमंत्री बनाए गए। इसके बाद से ही यह मामला लगातार सुर्खियों में रहा। दरअसल इन दोनों के पद को लेकर कांग्रेस ने शपथ ग्रहण के पहले ट्वीट करके कहा था कि डिप्टी सीएम के पदों पर शपथ दिलवाई जा रही है। जबकि संविधान के अनुच्छेद 163 और 164 में ऐसे किसी भी पद का उल्लेख नहीं है।
'डिप्टी सीएम का पद संवैधानिक नहीं'
इस मामले में 16 दिसंबर को राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट की जयपुर पीठ में जनहित याचिका दायर की गई थी। जिसमें वकील ओमप्रकाश सोलंकी का कहना था कि डिप्टी सीएम का पद संवैधानिक नहीं है और नहीं है संविधान में वर्णित किया गया है। यह तो केवल एक राजनीतिक पद है। इसी याचिका पर अब सुनवाई होनी थी लेकिन लिस्ट में देरी होने के चलते सुनवाई का मौका नहीं मिला। ऐसे में सुनवाई को 21 जनवरी तक डाल दिया गया है।
कांग्रेस पर भी उठ रहे सवाल?
आपको बता दें कि इस याचिका में राज्यपाल मुख्यमंत्री केंद्र सरकार के सचिव और प्रदेश के सीएस सहित दोनों डिप्टी सीएम को पक्षकार बनाया गया था। वहीं इस मामले में भाजपा का कहना है कि कांग्रेस ने भी अपने शासन में सचिन पायलट को डिप्टी सीएम का पद दिया था लेकिन पार्टी की आंतरिक कलह के चलते उनसे पद ले लिया गया था। उस वक्त कांग्रेस कोई यह बातें क्यों याद नहीं आई।

'The post of Deputy CM is not constitutional'
In this matter, a public interest litigation was filed in the Jaipur bench of Rajasthan High Court on 16 December. In which lawyer Omprakash Solanki said that the post of Deputy CM is not constitutional and is not mentioned in the Constitution. This is just a political post. Now this petition was to be heard but due to delay in the list, it did not get a chance to be heard. In such a situation, the hearing has been postponed to January 21.
Questions are being raised on Congress also?
Let us tell you that in this petition, the Governor, the Chief Minister, the Secretary to the Central Government and the CS of the state along with both the Deputy CMs were made parties. In this matter, BJP says that Congress had also given the post of Deputy CM to Sachin Pilot during its rule but due to internal discord in the party, the post was taken away from him. Why did Congress not remember these things at that time?
