बीकानेर. प्रगति प्रसार अधिकारी पंचायत समिति खाजूवाला ने ई-मित्र संचालक ग्राम पंचायत 25 केवाईडी के विरुद्ध आमजन के जन आधार कार्ड में ऑनलाइन संपादन कर मिथ्या ढंग से जालसाजी करने के आरोप में मामला दर्ज करवाया गया है।
थानाधिकारी रामप्रताप वर्मा ने बताया कि प्रगति प्रसार अधिकारी पंचायत समिति तेजदान चारण ने मामला दर्ज करवाया कि ई-मित्र संचालक 25 केवाईडी हरदीप सिंह ने आमजन के जन आधार कार्ड में ऑनलाइन संपादन कर मिथ्या ढंग से जालसाजी करते हुए अनुचित तरीके से दस्तावेज तैयार कर राज्य सरकार की ओर से दी जा रही सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजना, विधवा वृद्धावस्था व अन्य योजना में गत 3 वर्षों से पेंशन उठाई जा रही थी।
इसमें आरोपी ने जन आधार कार्ड में ऑनलाइन कोर्ट रचित संपादन कर विभिन्न अन्य खातों में पेंशन जमा करवाई गई। जिन नागरिकों के जन आधार कार्ड के माध्यम से आरोपी ने गलत तरीके से पेंशन ली थी, उन नागरिकों को पिछले लगभग 3 वर्षों से इसकी कोई जानकारी नहीं थी।
वर्तमान में इंदिरा गांधी स्मार्टफोन योजना के अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत 25 केवाईडी के लाभार्थियों की सूची राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी की गई। इसमें इन नागरिकों का नाम सम्मिलित होने के कारण ग्राम विकास अधिकारी ने संपर्क करने पर पता चला कि इनके द्वारा सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजना से संबंधित किसी प्रकार की पेंशन का भुगतान उनके खाते में नहीं हुआ है और ना ही इन्होंने इस योजना के लिए आवेदन किया। इन नागरिकों ने शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किए।

Police Officer Ram Pratap Verma said that Pragati Prasar Officer Panchayat Samiti Tejdan Charan registered a case that E-Mitra operator 25 KYD Hardeep Singh had committed fraud by making online edits in the Jan Aadhar card of the common man and preparing the documents in an improper manner for the state government. Pension was being raised for the last 3 years under the Social Security Pension Scheme, Widow Old Age and other schemes given by the Central Government.
In this, the accused made online court-ordered edits in the Jan Aadhaar card and got the pension deposited in various other accounts. The citizens, through whose Jan Aadhaar card the accused had wrongly taken pension, had no information about it for the last almost 3 years.
Presently the list of beneficiaries of Gram Panchayat 25 KYD under Indira Gandhi Smartphone Scheme has been released by the state government. Due to the inclusion of the names of these citizens in this, when the Village Development Officer contacted, it was found that no pension related to the Social Security Pension Scheme has been paid into their account nor have they applied for this scheme. These citizens submitted complaint applications.
