आज से नवंबर का महीना शुरू हो गया है और दिवाली (Diwali) से पहले पहली तारीख को करवाचौथ त्योहार पर LPG सिलेंडर पर महंगाई का बम (LPG Price Hike) फूटा है. दरअसल, पेट्रोलियम कंपनियों ने कॉमर्शियल गैस सिलेंडर के दाम में एक बार फिर से तगड़ा इजाफा किया है. 1 नवंबर 2023 से 19 किलोग्राम वाला एलपीजी गैस सिलेंडर 100 रुपये से ज्यादा महंगा हो गया है. हालांकि, 14.2 किलोग्राम वाले रसोई गैस सिलेंडर की कीमतों में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है. 

अब एक सिलेंडर की कीमत इतनी
IOCL की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक, आज से 19 किलोग्राम वाला वाला कॉमर्शियल LPG Cylinder राजधानी दिल्ली में 1,833 रुपये से मिलेगा, जो कि पहले 1731 रुपये में मिल रहा था. अन्य महानगरों की बात करें तो मुंबई में इसकी कीमत बढ़कर 1785.50 रुपये हो गई है, जो पहले 1684 रुपये का था. वहीं कोलकाता में 1839.50 रुपये की जगह अब 1943.00 रुपये का बिकेगा, तो वहीं चेन्नई में इसकी कीमत 1999.50 रुपये हो गई है, जो अब तक 1898 रुपये थी. 

महीने भर में इतने बढ़ गए दाम 
एक ओर जहां बीते महीने सरकार ने 14 किलोग्राम वाले रसोई गैस सिलेंडर पर राहत दी, तो वहीं पेट्रोलियम कंपनियों ने कॉमर्शियल गैस सिलेंडर की कीमतों में महीने भर में 300 रुपये से ज्यादा की बढ़ोतरी कर महंगाई बम फोड़ा है. पहली अक्टूबर को कॉमर्शियल सिलेंडर के दाम करीब 209 रुपये तक बढ़ाए गए थे और एक महीने बाद 1 नवंबर को इसमें और इजाफा किया गया है. कोलकाता में सिलेंडर के दाम में सबसे ज्यादा 103.50 रुपये की तेजी दर्ज की गई है. 

घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर पर राहत बरकरार
फेस्टिव सीजन में Diwali से ऐन पहले जहां कॉमर्शियल गैस सिलेंडर की कीमतों पर झटका लगा है, तो वहीं दूसरी ओर 14.2 किलो वाले रसोई गैस सिलेंडर की कीमतें यथावत बनी हुई हैं, जो राहत भरी बात है. हर महीने की पहली तारीख को होने वाले गैस की कीमतों में संशोधन के तहत इनमें कोई भी बदलाव नहीं किया गया है. इससे पहले रक्षाबंधन के त्योहार से पहले अगस्त महीने में सरकार ने इनकी कीमतों में 200 रुपये की कटौती कर बड़ा तोहफा दिया था. 

14 किलो वाला LPG सिलेंडर कितने का?
नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार (Narendra Modi Govt) द्वारा बीते 30 अगस्त को घरेलू एपलीजी सिलेंडर की कीमतों में 200 रुपये की कटौती आम लोगों के लिए की गई थी, जबकि उज्ज्वला योजना के लाभार्थियों के लिए सब्सिडी को 200 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 400 रुपये किया गया था. बता दें इन लाभार्थियों को इसके बाद भी 100 रुपये का और लाभ दिया गया था. फिलहाल, आम उपभोक्ताओं के लिए 14.2 किलो वाला LPG Cylinder दिल्ली में 903 रुपये, कोलकाता में 929 रुपये, मुंबई में 902.50 रुपये और चेन्नई में 918.50 रुपये का मिल रहा है

In fact, petroleum companies have once again increased the price of commercial gas cylinders significantly. From November 1, 2023, a 19 kg LPG gas cylinder has become costlier by more than Rs 100. However, there has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder.

Now the price of one cylinder is this much
According to the website of IOCL, from today onwards a 19 kg commercial LPG Cylinder will be available in the capital Delhi for Rs 1,833, which was earlier available for Rs 1731. Talking about other metros, its price in Mumbai has increased to Rs 1785.50, which was earlier Rs 1684. Whereas in Kolkata it will be sold for Rs 1943.00 instead of Rs 1839.50, while in Chennai its price has become Rs 1999.50, which till now was Rs 1898.

Prices have increased so much in a month
On one hand, last month the government gave relief on 14 kg LPG cylinders, on the other hand, petroleum companies have burst the inflation bomb by increasing the prices of commercial gas cylinders by more than Rs 300 in a month. On October 1, the price of commercial cylinder was increased by about Rs 209 and after a month on November 1, it was further increased. The highest increase of Rs 103.50 has been recorded in the price of cylinder in Kolkata.

Relief on domestic gas cylinders continues
While there has been a shock in the prices of commercial gas cylinders just before Diwali during the festive season, on the other hand the prices of 14.2 kg LPG cylinders have remained the same, which is a matter of relief. No changes have been made in the gas price revision that takes place on the first of every month. Earlier, before the festival of Rakshabandhan, in the month of August, the government had given a big gift by reducing their prices by Rs 200.

How much is a 14 kg LPG cylinder?
On August 30, the price of domestic LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 200 for the common people by the Narendra Modi government, while the subsidy for the beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme was increased from Rs 200 to Rs 400. Let us tell you that even after this, an additional benefit of Rs 100 was given to these beneficiaries. At present, for common consumers, 14.2 kg LPG Cylinder is available for Rs 903 in Delhi, Rs 929 in Kolkata, Rs 902.50 in Mumbai and Rs 918.50 in Chennai.
