फर्जी कैंडिडेट प्रकरण मामले में SIT की बड़ी कार्रवाई, एग्जाम देने वाले लेक्चरर को किया गिरफ्तार

स्पेशल ऑपरेशन ग्रुप (SOG) ने बुधवार रात राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC) की स्कूल लेक्चरर प्रतियोगी परीक्षा (SLCE-2022) के राजनीतिक विज्ञान परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थी की जगह एग्जाम देने वाले स्कूल लेक्चरर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. आरोपी की पहचान जालौर स्थित करडा दिगांव निवासी अशोक कुमार विश्नोई पुत्र हरिराम के रूप में हुई है. आरोपी जसवंतपुरा साविधर के राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में लेक्चरर के पद पर है. इस मामले में आरपीएससी के अनुभाग अधिकारी मोहनलाल यादव ने सिविल लाइन थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी. इसी मामले में जांच अधिकारी द्वारा मुख्य आरोपी और मध्यस्थता करने वाले शातिर युवक को पूर्व में गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा जा चुका है. 

अब तक हुईं हैं 13 गिरफ्तारियां
इस परीक्षा में फर्जी तरीके से परीक्षा देने के मामले में अब तक 13 गिरफ्तारियां हो चुकी हैं. मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश के बाद गठित SIT के एडीजी वीके सिंह के दिशा निर्देशों पर डमी अभ्यर्थी प्रकरण में लगातार कार्रवाई जारी है. एसओजी के एडिशनल एसपी सुनील कुमार तेवतिया ने बताया कि स्कूल व्याख्याता प्रतियोगी परीक्षा में लाखाराम सफल हुआ था. काउंसलिंग के दौरान लाखाराम के आवेदन पत्र और परीक्षा केंद्र के उपस्थिति पत्रक में फोटो और हस्ताक्षर अलग-अलग पाए गए. आरपीएससी की जांच में लाखाराम के स्थान पर किसी और के द्वारा परीक्षा देना सामने आया. इस मामले में पुलिस ने लाखाराम से पूछताछ की तो उसने हीराराम का नाम उजाकर किया. लाखाराम ने बताया कि हीराराम ने स्कूल व्याख्याता जालौर निवासी अशोक कुमार विश्नोई से मिलवाया था. पुलिस ने लाखाराम की निशानदेही पर हीराराम को गिरफ्तार किया था. हीराराम ने पूछताछ में अशोक कुमार का नाम उगला था. एसओजी ने अशोक को अजमेर से गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

SIT ने पहले इन्हें किया गिरफ्तार
फर्जी कैंडिडेट प्रकरण में एसआईटी ने अब तक बाड़मेर धोरीमना निवासी दुर्गा राम विश्नोई, सेड़वा निवासी राजेंद्र विश्नोई, गंगापुर सिटी निवासी सत्य प्रकाश मीणा, सांचौर चितलवाना निवासी गोपाल सिंह भादू और जेलातरा निवासी अशोक कुमार को गिरफ्तार किया है. इन सभी प्रकरण की जांच एसआईटी के सुपरविजन में की जा रही है. डमी अभ्यर्थियों ने जहां परीक्षा दी थी, वहां के विक्षक को  भी जांच के दायरे में लिया है. एसपी चुनाराम जाट ने कहा कि स्कूल व्याख्याता अशोक कुमार विश्नोई को गिरफ्तार कर सिविल लाइन थाना पुलिस के हवाले किया है. आरपीएससी से जुड़े सभी मामलों की जांच एडिशनल एसपी सिटी कर रहे हैं.

Big action by SIT in fake candidate case, lecturer who gave exam arrested

Special Operation Group (SOG) on Wednesday night arrested the school lecturer who appeared in place of the candidate in the Political Science examination of School Lecturer Competitive Examination (SLCE-2022) of Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). The accused has been identified as Ashok Kumar Vishnoi, son of Hariram, resident of Karda Digaon, Jalore. The accused is holding the post of lecturer in Government Higher Secondary School, Jaswantpura Savidhar. In this matter, RPSC section officer Mohanlal Yadav had lodged a report at Civil Line police station. In the same case, the main accused and the vicious youth who was the mediator had already been arrested by the investigating officer and sent to jail.

13 arrests have been made so far
So far 13 arrests have been made in this case of giving the exam in a fake manner. Continuous action is going on in the dummy candidate case on the guidelines of ADG VK Singh of the SIT formed after the order of the Chief Minister. SOG's Additional SP Sunil Kumar Tewatiya said that Lakharam was successful in the school lecturer competitive examination. During counselling, the photo and signature were found to be different in Lakharam's application form and the attendance sheet of the examination centre. RPSC's investigation revealed that someone else had given the exam in place of Lakha Ram. When the police interrogated Lakharam in this case, he revealed the name of Hiraram. Lakharam told that Hiraram had introduced him to school lecturer Ashok Kumar Vishnoi, resident of Jalore. The police had arrested Hiraram on the information of Lakharam. Hiraram had revealed the name of Ashok Kumar during interrogation. SOG arrested Ashok from Ajmer.

SIT arrested him first
In the fake candidate case, SIT has so far arrested Durga Ram Vishnoi, resident of Barmer Dhorimana, Rajendra Vishnoi, resident of Sedwa, Satya Prakash Meena, resident of Gangapur City, Gopal Singh Bhadu, resident of Sanchore Chitalwana and Ashok Kumar, resident of Gelatara. All these cases are being investigated under the supervision of SIT. The teacher of the place where the dummy candidates had given the examination has also been taken under investigation. SP Chunaram Jat said that school lecturer Ashok Kumar Vishnoi has been arrested and handed over to Civil Line police station. Additional SP City is investigating all the matters related to RPSC.
