आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के संयोजक और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) को आज प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की टीम गिरफ्तार कर सकती है. आप के मंत्रियों ने अज्ञात इनपुट का हवाला देते हुए ये दावा किया है, जिसके बाद गुरुवार सुबह दिल्ली सीएम के आवास पर सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है.

आतिशी-सौरभ ने किया दावा
ये दावे दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा बुधवार को ईडी द्वारा जारी किए गए तीसरे समन में शामिल नहीं होने के बाद आए हैं. ईडी ने कथित दिल्ली शराब घोटाला मामले में पिछले साल 22 दिसंबर को सीएम केजरीवाल को तीसरा समन जारी किया था, जिसमें उन्हें 3 जनवरी को एजेंसी के सामने पेश होने के लिए कहा गया था. आप नेता और दिल्ली की कानून एवं पीडब्ल्यूडी मंत्री आतिशी ने बुधवार को सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर कहा, 'खबर आ रही है कि ईडी कल सुबह अरविंद केजरीवाल के आवास पर छापा मारने जा रही है. गिरफ्तारी की संभावना है.' आतिशी की पोस्ट के कुछ मिनट बाद, दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सौरभ भारद्वाज ने भी एक्स पर पोस्ट किया, जिसमें ईडी द्वारा केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी की अटकलों का दावा किया गया. 

आपकी जिद जज के समान है'
केजरीवाल ने ईडी को दिए अपने जवाब में जांच में सहयोग करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की, लेकिन नोटिस को 'अवैध' बताते हुए तलब की गई तारीख पर उपस्थित होने से इनकार कर दिया. केजरीवाल ने एजेंसी पर यह भी सवाल उठाया कि जब उन्हें समन भेजा गया था तब उन्होंने उनके पिछले जवाबों का जवाब नहीं दिया था और उन्होंने एजेंसी की जांच की प्रकृति पर कुछ सवाल उठाए थे. ईडी को अपने लिखित जवाब में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, 'एक प्रमुख जांच एजेंसी के रूप में आपके द्वारा अपनाया गया नॉन डिस्क्लोजर और गैर-प्रतिक्रिया दृष्टिकोण कानून, समानता या न्याय की कसौटी पर खरा नहीं उतर सकता. आपकी जिद न्यायाधीश की भूमिका संभालने के समान है. जूरी और जल्लाद एक ही समय में, जो कानून के शासन द्वारा शासित हमारे देश में स्वीकार्य नहीं है.'

'एजेंसी का बताकर गिरफ्तार करेगी?'
आप मंत्रियों के इस दावे के बाद देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में राजनीति गरमा गई है और भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने AAP को निशाने पर ले लिया है. दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल द्वारा ED के समक्ष पेश न होने पर देश भाजपा अध्यक्ष वीरेंद्र सचदेवा ने कहा, 'शराब शरीर और आत्मा का नाश करती है, लेकिन इस शराब ने तो अरविंद केजरीवाल की आत्मा का भी नाश किया है. आज सुबह से चोरों की बारात शोर मचा रही है. जब चोरी की थी तो क्या उस समय ध्यान नहीं आया था? जांच एजेंसी क्या आपको बताकर गिरफ्तार करेगी? अरविंद केजरीवाल यदि आप खुद के कट्टर ईमानदार होने का दावा करते हैं तो जाइए जांच एजेंसी के सामने साक्ष्य रखिए.'

आज या कल, जवाब तो देना होगा'
वहीं बीजेपी नेता हरीश खुराना ने एक वीडियो जारी करते हुए कहा, 'अरविंद केजरीवाल ईडी के समन से बचने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. केजरीवाल को यह डर है कि अगर वह ईडी को जवाब देने जाएंगे तो उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है. यह उनके भ्रष्टाचार में शामिल होने का संकेत देता है. आज या कल उन्हें ईडी के सवालों का जवाब देना ही होगा.' 

ED can arrest Arvind Kejriwal today! Delhi Police increased security of CM residence

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal can be arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) team today. AAP ministers have made this claim citing unknown inputs, after which security has been tightened at the Delhi CM's residence on Thursday morning.

Atishi-Saurabh claimed
These claims come after the Delhi Chief Minister did not attend the third summons issued by the ED on Wednesday. ED had issued the third summons to CM Kejriwal on December 22 last year in the alleged Delhi liquor scam case, in which he was asked to appear before the agency on January 3. AAP leader and Delhi's Law and PWD Minister Atishi said on social media platform X on Wednesday, 'The news is coming that ED is going to raid Arvind Kejriwal's residence tomorrow morning. There is a possibility of arrest. Minutes after Atishi's post, Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj also posted on Instagram, refuting speculations about Kejriwal's arrest by the ED.

Your stubbornness is like a judge'
Kejriwal, in his reply to the ED, expressed his willingness to cooperate in the investigation, but refused to appear on the summoned date, terming the notice as 'illegal'. Kejriwal also questioned the agency for not responding to his previous replies when he was summoned and raised some questions on the nature of the agency's investigation. In his written reply to the ED, the Delhi Chief Minister said, 'The non-disclosure and non-response approach adopted by you as a premier investigating agency cannot stand the test of law, equity or justice. Your stubbornness is like assuming the role of a judge. The jury and the executioner at the same time, which is not acceptable in our country governed by the rule of law.'

'Will they arrest you on the basis of agency?'
After this claim of AAP ministers, politics has heated up in the country's capital Delhi and Bharatiya Janata Party has targeted AAP. On Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal not appearing before the ED, National BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said, 'Alcohol destroys the body and soul, but this alcohol has destroyed the soul of Arvind Kejriwal as well. The procession of thieves has been making noise since this morning. Did you not notice when the theft took place? Will the investigating agency inform and arrest you? Arvind Kejriwal, if you claim yourself to be scrupulously honest, then go and present your evidence before the investigating agency.

Today or tomorrow, the answer will have to be given.
While releasing a video, BJP leader Harish Khurana said, 'Arvind Kejriwal is trying to avoid ED summons. Kejriwal fears that if he goes to answer the ED, he may be arrested. This indicates their involvement in corruption. Today or tomorrow he will have to answer ED's questions.
