संसद भवन की सुरक्षा में सेंध लगाए जाने के बाद इस पूरी साजिश के मास्टरमाइंड ललित झा ने दिल्ली के थाने में सरेंडर कर दिया. जांच में ये सामने आया था कि ललित झा ही वो शख्स था जो संसद के अंदर जाने वाले और बाहर प्रदर्शन करने वाले कुल चारों लोगों का मोबाइल फोन लेकर भागा था, लेकिन अब उसके सरेंडर करने के बाद पुलिस को ललित और महेश के पास कोई मोबाइल फोन बरामद नहीं हुआ.

सरेंडर करने से पहले मिटाए सबूत
सूत्रों के मुताबिक राजस्थान से दिल्ली आकर सरेंडर करने से पहले ललित ने वहीं पर चारों मोबाइल को नष्ट कर दिया. सूत्रों के मुताबिक ललित दिल्ली से भागने के बाद कुचामन चला गया था जहां वह अपने दोस्त महेश से मिला था. 

रात बिताने के लिए महेश ने ही ललित को कमरा दिलवाया था. जानकारी के मुताबिक बुधवार को संसद भवन में कांड के बाद गुरुवार की सुबह ही ललित ने सभी फोन नष्ट कर दिए थे. हालांकि पुलिस को ललित की बातों पर पूरी तरह भरोसा नहीं है और हर एंगल से इस मामले की जांच कर रही है. बता दें कि दो आरोपियों ने लोकसभा के भीतर स्मोक कैन का इस्तेमाल किया था जबकि बाहर भी दो लोगों ने स्मोक कैन से रंगीन धुआं फैलाया था.

नष्ट फोन को भी बरामद करना चाहती है पुलिस
पुलिस की अब कोशिश है कि किसी भी हालत में चारों आरोपियों के फोन को बरामद किया जा सके. स्पेशल सेल की टीम आज महेश और ललित को कोर्ट में पेश करेगी और रिमांड मांगेगी. पहले पकड़े गए चारों आरोपियों की पुलिस को सात दिनों की रिमांड मिली है.

पुलिस को इस बात का शक है कि ललित जांच में बाधा पहुंचाने के लिए झूठ भी बोल सकता है. जानकारी के मुताबिक दिल्ली पुलिस ने महेश के चचेरे भाई को पूछताछ के लिए हिरासत में लिया था. उसी दौरान दिल्ली पुलिस को पता चला कि महेश और ललित सरेंडर करने के लिए दिल्ली आ रहे हैं. उमेश को पुलिस ने अभी हिरासत में ही रखा है.

ललित झा को चारों आरोपियों ने दे दिए थे फोन 
बता दें कि संसद के भीतर जाने से पहले और प्रदर्शन से पहले चारों आरोपियों मनोरंजन, सागर, नीलम और अमोल अपना फोन ललित झा के पास छोड़ गए थे. ललित झा बाहर भीड़ में शामिल होकर उनका वीडियो रिकॉर्ड कर रहा था.

पुलिस ने स्मोक कैन से प्रदर्शन के बाद जैसे ही चारों आरोपियों को पकड़ा, ललित झा सभी के मोबाइल फोन लेकर वहां से फरार हो गया. जांच में ये भी सामने आया है कि ललित झा ने संसद भवन में विरोध प्रदर्शन के बाद उसका वीडियो उस एनजीओ के मालिक को भी भेजा था जिसके लिए वो काम करता था.

It was Mahesh who got Lalit a room to spend the night. According to the information, after the incident in Parliament House on Wednesday, Lalit had destroyed all the phones on Thursday morning itself. However, the police do not fully trust Lalit's words and are investigating the matter from every angle. Let us tell you that two accused had used smoke cans inside the Lok Sabha, while outside also two people had spread colored smoke from smoke cans.

Police wants to recover the destroyed phone also
The police is now trying to recover the phones of the four accused under any circumstances. The Special Cell team will present Mahesh and Lalit in the court today and will seek remand. The police have got seven days' remand of the four accused arrested earlier.

The police suspect that Lalit may lie to hinder the investigation. According to the information, Delhi Police had detained Mahesh's cousin for questioning. At the same time, Delhi Police came to know that Mahesh and Lalit were coming to Delhi to surrender. The police have still kept Umesh in custody.

All four accused had given phones to Lalit Jha
Let us tell you that before going inside the Parliament and before the protest, the four accused Manoranjan, Sagar, Neelam and Amol had left their phones with Lalit Jha. Lalit Jha was joining the crowd outside and recording their video.

As soon as the police caught the four accused after protesting with smoke cans, Lalit Jha fled from there with everyone's mobile phones. Investigation has also revealed that Lalit Jha had sent the video of the protest in Parliament House to the owner of the NGO for which he worked.
