राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनावों में इलेक्शन जीतकर विधानसभा पहुंचे भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सभी सांसदों ने सांसदी के पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है. अब सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर आ रही है कि लोकसभा आवास समिति ने विधानसभा चुनाव जीतने वाले सभी बीजेपी सांसदों को 30 दिन में सरकारी आवास ख़ाली करने का नोटिस दिया है.
30 दिन के अंदर खाली करना होगा बंगला
आठ सांसद सामान्य पूल का हिस्सा हैं. तीन सांसद मंत्री हैं, इसलिए उन्हें शहरी विकास मंत्रालय से आवंटन मिलता है. सूत्रों का कहना है कि नियम सिर्फ विपक्षी सांसदों के लिए ही नहीं, जैसा कि आरोप लगाया जा रहा है, सभी के लिए समान हैं. जिन लोकसभा सांसदों को 30 दिन में घर ख़ाली करने का नोटिस दिया हैं उनमे राकेश सिंह, अरुण साव, गोमती साय, रिति पाठक, बाबा बालकनाथ, राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौड़,दीया कुमारी और उदय प्रताप सिंह जैसे नाम भी शामिल हैं.
आपको बता दें कि बीजेपी ने तीन राज्यों- छत्तीसगढ़, राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश में विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान 21 सांसदों को चुनावी मैदान में उतारा था जिसमें से 12 सांसद विधायकी का चुनाव जीतने में सफल रहे थे. चुनाव जीतने वाले इन सांसदों में राजस्थान से राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौड़,दीया कुमारी और किरोड़ी लाल मीणा, बाबा बालकनाथ, छत्तीसगढ़ से अरुण साव, रेणुका सिंह और गोमती साई और मध्य प्रदेश से नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर, प्रह्लाद सिंह पटेल, राकेश सिंह, उदय प्रताप और रीति पाठक शामिल हैं.
सांसदों को लुटियन दिल्ली में मिलते हैं बंगले
आपको बता दें कि राजधानी दिल्ली के लुटियन जोन में सांसदों, केंद्रीय मंत्रियों, राज्य मंत्रियों को टाइप 6 से टाइप 8 तक के सरकारी बंगले अलॉट किए जाते हैं. किस सांसद को किस टाइप का बंगला मिलेगा यह उसकी वरिष्ठता पर निर्भर करता है. अगर सांसद इस्तीफा दे देते हैं तो उन्हें नोटिस मिलने के बाद 30 दिनों के अंदर इन बंगलों को खाली करना होता है. हालांकि 30 दिन के नोटिस के बाद भी कुछ समय तक संबंधित उस बंगले में रह सकता है लेकिन इसके लिए उसे बाजार मूल्य की दर से किराए का भुगतान करना होता है

All the MPs of Bharatiya Janata Party, who reached the assembly after winning the elections in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh assembly elections, have resigned from the post of MP. Now news is coming quoting sources that the Lok Sabha Housing Committee has given notice to all the BJP MPs who won the assembly elections to vacate the government residence in 30 days.
Bungalow will have to be vacated within 30 days
Eight MPs are part of the general pool. Three MPs are ministers, so they get allocation from the Urban Development Ministry. Sources say that the rules are the same for everyone, not just for opposition MPs as is being alleged. Lok Sabha MPs who have been given notice to vacate their houses within 30 days include names like Rakesh Singh, Arun Sao, Gomti Sai, Riti Pathak, Baba Balaknath, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Diya Kumari and Uday Pratap Singh.
Let us tell you that BJP had fielded 21 MPs during the assembly elections in three states - Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, out of which 12 MPs were successful in winning the legislative elections. These MPs who won the election include Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Diya Kumari and Kirori Lal Meena from Rajasthan, Baba Balaknath, Arun Sao, Renuka Singh and Gomti Sai from Chhattisgarh and Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Singh Patel, Rakesh Singh, Uday Pratap and others from Madhya Pradesh. Riti Pathak is included.
MPs get bungalows in Lutyens Delhi
Let us tell you that in Lutyens Zone of the capital Delhi, government bungalows ranging from Type 6 to Type 8 are allotted to MPs, Union Ministers and Ministers of State. Which MP will get which type of bungalow depends on his seniority. If MPs resign, they have to vacate these bungalows within 30 days after receiving the notice. However, even after 30 days' notice, the person concerned can stay in that bungalow for some time, but for this he has to pay rent at the rate of market price.
