बीकानेर। कोलायत विधानसभा क्षेत्र से कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी भंवर सिंह भाटी ने मंगलवार को विधानसभा क्षेत्र के बज्जू ब्लॉक के बॉर्डर एरिया के गांवों में जनसंपर्क किया, जनसभा की और कांग्रेस सरकार की योजनाओं की जानकारी दी । भाटी गांवों में पीपल पेड़ के चबुतरे पर बैठकर आमजन और बुजुर्गों का आशीर्वाद लेकर ग्रामीण विकास के मुद्दों पर फीडबैक लिया और विकास पर अपना विजन रखा।
कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी भाटी ने बाबा रामदेव मंदिर में दर्शन कर आशीर्वाद लेकर बाँगडसर,आरडी 888,आरडी 875, आरडी 860, 20 आरडी बरसलपुर ब्रांच, 35 आरडी, माणकासर, भलूरी,बिजेरी, गुलामवाला, दण्डखुर्द,मोडिया
नसूमा,जग्गासर, 20 एसएमडी, मिरणवाला आदि गांवों जनसभा की। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि इन 5 सालों में बज्जू ब्लॉक के लिए बहुतेरे विकास के काम हुए हैं।
बज्जू मुख्यालय पर उपखंड कार्यालय, पंचायत समिति कार्यालय, दो राजकीय कॉलेज, जीएसएस के पावर का अभिवृद्धि, पानी-बिजली, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का विस्तार किया गया है। उपखंड व पंचायत समिति की सुविधा मिलने से इस क्षेत्र के लोगों को अब राजस्व कामों के लिए और पंचायत समिति से जुड़े कामों के लिए कोलायत नहीं जाना पड़ रहा है। साथ ही विधानसभा क्षेत्र में सात राजकीय कॉलेज होने की वजह से क्षेत्र के छात्र-छात्राओं को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए अब बीकानेर नहीं जाना पड़ेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि विधानसभा क्षेत्र में अधिकतर सड़के सिंगल थी, कांग्रेस के इस कार्यकाल के दौरान आठ सड़कों को डबल रोड में तब्दील किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि देशनोक में उप तहसील हदां गांव में तहसील, गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज, 132 केवी जीएसएस, पुलिस थाना,सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र तथा गौड़ू में कॉलेज, गौणमण्डी, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सहित अन्य कार्यालर्यों की सुविधा दी हैं।
भाजपा भ्रामक प्रचार में लगी
भंवर सिंह भाटी ने अपनी सरकार की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि राजस्थान सरकार रिपीट होगी। राजस्थान में कांग्रेस सरकार ने बेहतर कार्य किया है। जनता खुश है,भारी बहुमत के साथ हमारी सरकार रिपीट होगी। चुनाव में झूटी बातें फैलाना भाजपा की पुरानी आदत है। इसकी फितरत की सोच में हमें नहीं आना है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र में भाजपा है,जहां वह विफल रही और राजस्थान में यह विपक्ष की भूमिका में थी, वहां भी वह नाकाम रही है। भाजपा के पास कोई मुद्दा नहीं है। वह भ्रामक प्रचार करके जनता को गुमराह कर रहा कर रही है।
कांग्रेस के घोषणा पत्र में सभी वर्गों का रखा है ख्याल
भंवर सिंह भाटी ने कहा कि राजस्थान सरकार अब तक मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के तहत 25 लाख रुपए तक का लोगों को चिकित्सा सुविधा निशुल्क दे रही थी, परंतु अब कांग्रेस अपने घोषणा पत्र में इसे 50 लाख रुपए तक का करने की घोषणा की है। यह अपने आप में बहुत बड़ा कदम है।
भंवर सिंह भाटी ने कहा कि इसके अलावा घोषणा पत्र में युवाओं के लिए 10 लाख नए रोजगार सृजन के साथ ही चार लाख नई सरकारी नौकरियां का तोहफा देने का वादा किया गया है। वहीं, महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने की घोषणा को भी शामिल किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों के लिए एमएसपी कानून और दो लाख रुपए तक का ब्याज मुक्त कर्ज देने की भी घोषणा की गई है।
इसी तरह श्रमिकों के लिए मनरेगा में रोजगार की अवधि बढ़ाकर को 100 से बढ़ाकर 150 दिन किया जाएगा। इंदिरा गांधी शहरी रोजगार गारंटी योजना में रोजगार की अवधि बढ़ाकर होगी 150 किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा भी राज्य के लोगों के लिए कार्यों की घोषणाएं की है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के लोगों के हित में यही है कि राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार पुनः बनाए।
जनसंपर्क के दौरान डॉक्टर तनवीर मालावत, कोलायत प्रभारी बदरुद्दीन, राजाराम, गणपत खीचड़,बज्जू ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष गणपत सीगड़ आदि नेताओं ने विधानसभा क्षेत्र में हुए विकास कार्यों की जानकारी इन जनसभाओं में दी।

Congress candidate from Kolayat assembly constituency Bhanwar Singh Bhati on Tuesday did public relations in the villages of border area of Bajju block of the assembly constituency, held a public meeting and gave information about the schemes of the Congress government. Sitting on the platform of Peepal tree in Bhati villages, he took blessings of common people and elders and took feedback on rural development issues and presented his vision on development.
Congress candidate Bhati visited Baba Ramdev temple and took blessings from Bangadsar, RD 888, RD 875, RD 860, 20 RD Barsalpur Branch, 35 RD, Mankasar, Bhaluri, Bijeri, Ghulamwala, Dandkhurd, Modiya.
Public meetings were held in villages like Nasuma, Jaggasar, 20 SMD, Miranwala etc. During this, he said that in these 5 years, many development works have been done for Bajju block.
Subdivision office, Panchayat Samiti office, two government colleges, GSS power augmentation, water-electricity and health services have been expanded at Bajju headquarters. Due to the availability of subdivision and Panchayat Samiti facilities, people of this area no longer have to go to Kolayat for revenue works and Panchayat Samiti related works. Also, due to the presence of seven government colleges in the assembly constituency, the students of the area will no longer have to go to Bikaner for higher education.
He said that most of the roads in the assembly constituency were single, during the tenure of Congress, eight roads have been converted into double roads. He said that in Deshnok sub-tehsil Hadan village, Tehsil, Government College, 132 KV GSS, Police Station, Community Health Center and other offices including college, Gaumandi, Community Health Center in Gaudu have been provided.
BJP engaged in misleading propaganda
Praising his government, Bhanwar Singh Bhati said that Rajasthan government will repeat. The Congress government has done better work in Rajasthan. People are happy, our government will be repeated with an overwhelming majority. Spreading falsehoods in elections is an old habit of BJP. We should not think about its nature. He said that there is BJP at the Centre, where it has failed and in Rajasthan it has failed even when it was in the role of opposition. BJP has no issue. She is misleading the public by spreading misleading propaganda.
All classes have been taken care of in the Congress manifesto.
Bhanwar Singh Bhati said that till now the Rajasthan government was providing free medical facilities up to Rs 25 lakh to the people under the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, but now Congress has announced in its manifesto to increase it to Rs 50 lakh. This is a big step in itself.
Bhanwar Singh Bhati said that apart from this, the manifesto has promised to create 10 lakh new jobs for the youth as well as give a gift of four lakh new government jobs. At the same time, the announcement of installation of CCTV cameras in public places for the safety of women has also been included. He said that MSP law for farmers and interest free loan up to Rs 2 lakh has also been announced.
Similarly, the period of employment under MNREGA for workers will be increased from 100 to 150 days. The period of employment under Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme will be increased to 150. Apart from this, works have also been announced for the people of the state. He said that it is in the interest of the people of the state to re-form the Congress government in Rajasthan.
