मोबाइल टॉवर पर चढ़ा युवक, कलेक्टर व एसडीएम पर लगाया बात न सुनने का आरोप

चूरू जिले की रतनगढ़ तहसील के गांव मैणासर का एक युवक मंगलवार सुबह शहर के अग्रसेन नगर में स्थित मोबाइल टावर पर चढ़ गया। सूचना मिलने पर डीएसपी जयप्रकाश अटल, कोतवाली थानाधिकारी अरविन्द भारद्वाज सहित तहसीलदार भी मौके पहुंचे। पुलिस अधिकारी युवक से नीचे उतरने के लिए समझाइश कर रहे हैं। मगर युवक अपनी मांग पर अड़ा हुआ है।

टॉवर पर चढ़े युवक ने अपना वीडियो जारी कर कहा कि वह दो साल से बहुत दुखी है। युवक ने आरोप लगाए हैं कि गांव के सरपंच ने चुनावी रंजिश के चलते उसके दो-दो मकानों को तीन बार तुड़वा दिया और बिना किसी कोर्ट के आदेश के उसके मकान में गंदे पानी की पाइपलाइन डलवा रहे हैं। युवक ने आरोप लगाया कि मेरी बात न तो कलेक्टर सुनता है और ना एसडीएम सुनता है।

कोतवाली थानाधिकारी अरविन्द भारद्वाज के अनुसार, सुबह सूचना मिली कि अग्रसेन नगर में स्थित मोबाइल टावर पर एक युवक चढ़ा हुआ है। जो नीचे नहीं उतर रहा है। सूचना मिलने पर तुरन्त मौके पर पहुंचे। जहां युवक से नीचे उतरने के लिए समझाइश कर रहे है। मगर युवक नीचे नहीं उतर रहा है। भारद्वाज के अनुसार सुबह करीब साढ़े नौ बजे युवक टावर पर चढ़ा है। युवक मैणासर निवासी बबलू प्रजापत (25) है। वह पहले भी मोबाइल टावर चढ़ चुका है।

यह है विरोध

गौरतलब है कि गांव मैणासर में हाईकोर्ट के आदेशानुसार गांव में एकत्रित होने वाले बरसाती पानी को बाहर निकालने के लिए पाइप लाइन डाली जा रही है। जिस जमीन के अंदर से पाइप लाइन डाली जा रही है, वह बबलू प्रजापत और उसके भाई की रजिस्ट्रीशुदा जमीन है। वह अपनी जमीन के अंदर से पाइप लाइन डालने का विरोध कर रहा है। इससे पहले भी बबलू प्रजापत एक बार गांव मैणासर में और रतनगढ़ में भी मोबाइल टावर पर अपनी मांग को लेकर चढ़ा था। आज तीसरी बार वह फिर से मोबाइल टावर चढ़ा है।

The young man who climbed the tower released his video and said that he has been very sad for two years. The youth has alleged that the village sarpanch had demolished two of his houses three times due to election rivalry and is getting dirty water pipelines installed in his house without any court order. The youth alleged that neither the collector nor the SDM listens to me.

According to Kotwali police station officer Arvind Bhardwaj, information was received in the morning that a young man had climbed the mobile tower located in Agrasen Nagar. Which is not coming down. Reached the spot immediately after receiving the information. Where the young man is being advised to get down. But the young man is not coming down. According to Bhardwaj, the young man climbed the tower at around 9.30 in the morning. The youth is Bablu Prajapat (25), resident of Mainasar. He has climbed the mobile tower before also.

It is noteworthy that as per the order of the High Court in village Mainasar, a pipeline is being laid to drain out the rain water collecting in the village. The land through which the pipeline is being laid is the registered land of Bablu Prajapat and his brother. He is opposing the laying of the pipeline from inside his land. Even before this, Bablu Prajapat had once climbed the mobile tower in village Mainasar and also in Ratangarh with his demand. Today he has again climbed the mobile tower for the third time.
