जयपुर: राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर के केंद्रीय कारागार में एक अजीब मामला सामने आया है। जेल में बंद एक विचाराधीन कैदी के गले में मोबाइल फंस गया। मोबाइल गले में फंसने से कैदी की सांसें अटक गईं। जानकारी मिलने के तुरंत बाद जेलप्रहरी ने उसे अस्पताल लेकर भागे। डॉक्टरों ने बड़ी मशक्कत के बाद कैदी के गले से मोबाइल को बाहर निकाला। अब कैदी की हालत सामान्य बताई जा रही है। गले से मोबाइल निकाले जाने के बाद कैदी को फिर से जेल भेज दिया गया। उसे अलग बैरक में रखा गया है। कैदी फज्जू जयपुर के घाटगेट इलाके का रहने वाला है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान निगल गया मोबाइल
जेल में कैदियों के पास मोबाइल होने की घटनाएं आए दिन सामने आती रहती हैं। लिहाजा जेल प्रशासन की ओर से समय समय पर औचक निरीक्षण किया जाता है। 5 जनवरी की शाम को जयपुर सेंट्रल जेल में औचक निरीक्षण किया जा रहा था। इसी दौरान एक विचाराधीन कैदी फज्जू ने पकड़े जाने के डर से मोबाइल निगल लिया। जल्दबाजी में उसने यह हरकत की तो मोबाइल उसके गले में फंसकर अटक गया। उसके बाद उसकी हालत बिगड़ने लगी। पता चलने पर जेल प्रहरी उसे अस्पताल लेकर पहुंचे जहां बड़ी मशक्कत के बाद मोबाइल को निकाला जा सका।
कैदी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज
जयपुर सेंट्रल जेल के प्रहरी सतपाल जाट ने लालकोठी थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस ने प्रिजनर्स एक्ट की धारा42 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। मामले की जांच हैड कांस्टेबल जुगल किशोर कर रहे हैं। कारागार अधिनियम की धारा 42 तहत प्रतिबंधित वस्तु लाना और छुपाना असंज्ञेय अपराध है। यह दंडनीय अपराध है। इस एक्ट में छह महीने की सजा के साथ आर्थिक दंड का प्रावधान है।

Case filed against prisoner
Jaipur Central Jail guard Satpal Jat has filed a case in Lalkothi police station. Police have registered a case under Section 42 of the Prisoners Act. Head constable Jugal Kishore is investigating the case. Bringing and hiding prohibited items is a non-cognizable offense under Section 42 of the Prison Act. This is a punishable offence. There is a provision of financial penalty along with imprisonment of six months in this Act.
