पुलिस के सामने महिलाओं ने किया आत्महत्या का प्रयास, जानिए क्या है मामला

बीकानेर: पुलिस थाना पांचू में एसीजेएम कोर्ट नोखा के सैल अमीन पवन कुमार यादव ने राजकार्य में बाधा का मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। दर्ज रिपोर्ट में बताया जाता है कि न्यायालय अपर जिला एवं सेंशन न्यायाधीश नोखा के आदेशानुसार प्रकरण इजराय दीवानी (02/2012) 76/2022 में दखल वारंट की पालना में मय पुलिस जाब्ता सीओ संजय बोथरा व पांचू एसएचओ सुभाष चंद्र के साथ डिग्रीधारी हरचंद की निशानदेही पर गांव जयसिंहदेसर मगरा पहुंचे। मौके पर मैन गेट के ताला लगा हुआ था। 

परिवादी हरचंद को ताले तोडऩे के लिए निर्देए दिए। जब घर के दरवाजा का ताला तोडऩे की कार्रवाई की जा रही थी, उसी समय मकान की छत पर कुछ महिलाओं और लड़कियों ने अपने ऊपर कोई ज्वलनशील पदार्थ छिड़क लिया। छत पर ही रखे कुछ कपड़ों में आग लगा दी। 

महिलाओं व लड़कियों ने आत्महत्या करने का प्रयास किया। इस दौरान पुलिस द्वारा उन्हें समझाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन महिलाओं ने चिल्लाना शुरू कर दिया और धमकी दी कि अगर घर के पास कोई भी आया तो वो अपनी जान दे देंगी। परिवादी हरचंद को भी भला-बुरा कहने लगे। 

शांति पत्नी लेखराम, पार्वती पत्नी रामचंद्र, रामेश्वरी पत्नी भंवरलाल, प्रियंका पुत्री रामचंद्र, पूजा पुत्री रामचंद्र, रामस्नेही पुत्री भंवरलाल निवासी जयसिंहदेसर मगरा द्वारा आत्महत्या का प्रयास करते हुए राजकार्य में बाधा डाली। इस पर पुलिस ने इनके खिलाफ राजकार्य में बाधा का मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है।

Complainant Harchand was given instructions to break the locks. While the process of breaking the lock of the door of the house was being done, some women and girls sprinkled some inflammable substance on themselves on the roof of the house. Some clothes kept on the terrace were set on fire.

Women and girls attempted suicide. During this, the police tried to pacify them, but the women started shouting and threatening that if anyone came near the house, they would sacrifice their lives. The complainant also started abusing Harchand.

Shanti wife Lekhram, Parvati wife Ramchandra, Rameshwari wife Bhanwarlal, Priyanka daughter Ramchandra, Pooja daughter Ramchandra, Ramsnehi daughter Bhanwarlal resident Jaisinghdesar Magra attempted suicide and obstructed the government work. On this, the police have registered a case against them for obstruction in official work.
