चूरू: गांव खांसोली के सदर थाना इलाके में मुख्य पोस्ट ऑफिस में एलडीसी कार्यरत सोनू शर्मा का शव शुक्रवार देर शाम पेड़ पर फंदे से लटका हुआ पाया गया है। घटना के बाद गांव में सनसनी फैल गई है। सूचना के बाद पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को पेड़ से नीचे उतारकर डीबी अस्पताल में रखवाया है। इस दौरान परिजनों ने ऑफिस के अधिकारियों पर प्रताड़ित करने का आरोप भी लगाया है। हालांकि, पहले ही परिजनों ने सदर थाना में मर्ग दर्ज करने की रिपोर्ट की थी।

सदर थानाधिकारी करतारसिंह ने बताया कि सोनू शर्मा चूरू के मुख्य पोस्ट ऑफिस में एलडीसी के पद पर कार्यरत थे और वह अपने गांव से ड्यूटी के लिए रवाना हो गए थे, लेकिन ड्यूटी पर पहुंचे नहीं। इस पर ऑफिस वालों ने परिजनों से फोन कर सोनू के ऑफिस में न आने का कारण पूछा, जिसके बाद परिजनों ने उन्हें सोनू के ऑफिस के लिए निकलने की बात बताई।

इसके बाद परिजनों ने सोनू को कॉल किया, लेकिन उसने कॉल नहीं उठाया। किसी अनहोनी के डर से सोनू के मोबाइल की लोकेशन ट्रेस कर गांव खांसोली की रोही पहुंचे, जहां सोनू का शव पेड़ से लटका मिला। घटना की सूचना पर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव का नीचे उतार कर डीबी अस्पताल की मार्च्युरी में रखवाया है। पुलिस ने मृतक के चाचा मुकेश और चचेरे भाई अमित की रिपोर्ट पर मर्ग दर्ज की है।

There has been a sensation in the village after the incident. The police arrived after the information and took down the body from the tree and kept it in DB Hospital. During this time, the family members have also accused the office officials of harassing them. However, the family members had already filed a complaint in the Sadar police station.

Sadar police station officer Kartar Singh said that Sonu Sharma was working as LDC in the main post office of Churu and he had left for duty from his village, but did not reach for duty. On this, the office people called the family and asked the reason for Sonu not coming to the office, after which the family told them that Sonu had left for the office.

After this the family called Sonu, but he did not pick up the call. Fearing some untoward incident, Rohi of village Khansoli traced the location of Sonu's mobile and reached there, where Sonu's body was found hanging from a tree. Police reached the spot on receiving information about the incident and took down the body and kept it in the mortuary of DB Hospital. The police have registered a case on the report of the deceased's uncle Mukesh and cousin Amit.
