राजधानी जयपुर में स्वास्थय विभाग की टीम ने नकली घी पकड़ा है। विश्वकर्मा इंडस्ट्रियल इलाके के एक गोदाम में 9 हजार किलो मिलावटी घी बरामद किया गया है। इस मिलावटी घी को अमूल, कृष्णा और लोटस जैसे नामी ब्रांड के नाम से बाजार में बेचा जा रहा था। सीएमएचओ की टीम ने घी की खेप को सीज करके इनकी जांच के लिए सैंपल लैब भिजवाए है।

सीएमएचओ प्रथम डॉ विजय सिंह फौजदार ने बताया कि स्थानीय पुलिस की टीम के साथ हमारी टीम ने शाम करीब 4.30 बजे वीकेआई रोड नंबर 13 पर श्री श्याम सेल्स कॉरपोरेशन के गोदाम पर छापा मारा था। इस दौरान यहां 15 किलो पैकिंग में लोटस ब्रांड के 190 टिन, कृष्णा के 252 टिन, महान के 105 टिन और अमूल घी के 51 टिन बरामद हुए। टीम ने मौके पर जब लोटस कम्पनी के प्रतिनिधियों को बुलाकर ब्रांड की जांच करवाई तो उन्होंने बताया कि ये पैकिंग उनकी न होकर नकली है। इसके बाद टीम ने दूसरे ब्रांड की कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों को भी सूचना देकर इसकी जांच करवाने के लिए कहा है। सभी कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधी आज जांच कर लेंगे।

उधर विश्वकर्मा थाना पुलिस ने बताया कि बड़ी मात्रा में नकली घी बरामद किया गया है। ये घी पॉम ऑयल में अन्य पदार्थ मिलाकर बनाए जाने का अंदेशा है। खुशबू के लिए इसमें एसेंस ड़ाला जाता है। उल्लेखनीय है कि शादियों का सीजन होने के कारण पिछले कुछ दिनों में जयपुर और अलवर में अलग अलग जगहों पर छापेमारी कर नकली मावा, नकली क्रीम, नकली पनीर और अन्य घटिया खाद्य पदार्थ बरामद किए गए हैं। उन्हें फिकवाया गया है।

During this period, 190 tins of Lotus brand, 252 tins of Krishna, 105 tins of Mahan and 51 tins of Amul Ghee in 15 kg packing were recovered. When the team called the representatives of Lotus company on the spot and got the brand checked, they told that this packing was not theirs but was fake. After this, the team has also informed the representatives of other brand companies and asked them to get it investigated. Representatives of all the companies will investigate today.

On the other hand, Vishwakarma police station said that a large quantity of fake ghee has been recovered. This ghee is suspected to be made by mixing other substances with palm oil. Essence is added to it for fragrance. It is noteworthy that due to the wedding season, in the last few days, raids have been conducted at different places in Jaipur and Alwar and fake mawa, fake cream, fake cheese and other substandard food items have been recovered. They have been thrown away.
