जयपुर। सिरसी के गांधी बस्ती में नग्नावस्था व लोहे की चेन से गर्दन, हाथ-पैर बंधे एक युवक का शव कमरे में मिलने से क्षेत्र में दहशत का फैली गई। मृतक गुरुवार सुबह करीब 8 बजे अपने नए घर से पुराने पैतृक घर पर रोजाना की तरह नहाने गया था। काफी देर तक घर नहीं पहुंचने व फोन नहीं उठाने पर छोटा भाई पुराने मकान पहुंचा।

जहां एक कमरे में लोहे की चेन से गर्दन, हाथ-पैर बंधा नग्नावस्था में बड़े भाई का शव पड़ा देखकर परिजनों को सूचना दी। इस पर परिजन घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे और अचेतावस्था में पड़े युवक को तुरंत भांकरोटा के एक निजी अस्पताल ले गए। जहां चिकित्सकों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया। परिजनों की रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया है।

सूचना पर भांकरोटा थानाधिकारी संजय पूनियां, बगरू सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त अनिल शर्मा मय पुलिस जाप्ता घटनास्थल पहुंचे। घटनास्थल पर फोरेंसिक विभाग की टीम को बुलाकर साक्ष्य जुटाए। पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए कांवटिया अस्पताल भिजवाया। बिंदायका थानाधिकारी संजय पूनिया ने बताया कि मृतक की शिनाख्त सिरसी के सुशांत लोक कॉलोनी निवासी कमल कुलदीप (23) पुत्र राजू कुलदीप के रूप में हुए है।

 परिजनों ने हत्या की आशंका जताई है। पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी।काफी देर तक घर नहीं पहुंचने व फोन नहीं उठाने पर छोटा भाई पुराने मकान पहुंचा। जहां एक कमरे में लोहे की चेन से गर्दन, हाथ-पैर बंधा नग्नावस्था में बड़े भाई को शव पड़ा देखकर सूचना परिजनों को दी।

रोजाना पुराने मकान में जाता था नहाने
परिजनों से पुलिस को पूछताछ में पता चला है कि मृतक सिरसी में सुशांत लोक कॉलोनी में परिवार सहित रहता है और पास ही गांधी बस्ती में पुराना पैतृक मकान है। रोजाना स्नान करने मृतक पुराने मकान में सुबह करीब 8 बजे आता था और स्नान करने के बाद वापिस करीब 9.30 बजे अपने घर चला जाता था। जब मृतक सुबह करीब 10.30 बजे तक घर नहीं पहुंचा तो मृतक का छोटा भाई शिवम कुलदीप पुराने मकान पहुंचा तो मृतक नग्न अचेत अवस्था में पड़ा था। लोहे की चेन से गर्दन, हाथ-पैर बंधे थे और चेन में ताला लगा हुआ था।

परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल
युवक की मौत से परिवार में कोहराम मचा गया। परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है। दिनदहाड़े युवक की हत्या की खबर सुनकर ग्रामीणों में मातमी सन्नाटा छा गया। मृतक की मां का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है। मृतक प्राइवेट जॉब करता था।गांधी बस्ती में युवक की मौत होने का मामला सामने आया है। परिजनों ने हत्या की आशंका जताते हुए रिपोर्ट दी है। प्रथमदृष्टया मानना है कि किसी ने युवक की गला घोंटकर हत्या करना प्रतीत हो रहा है। थाने व तकनीकी एक्सपर्ट टीम की मदद ली जा रही है। हत्यारे शीघ्र पुलिस की गिरफ्त में होंगे।

The deceased had gone from his new house to the old ancestral house to take bath as usual on Thursday morning at around 8 am. After not reaching home for a long time and not picking up the phone, the younger brother reached the old house.

Where in a room, seeing the dead body of the elder brother lying naked, tied neck, hands and feet with an iron chain, informed the family members. On this, the relatives reached the spot and immediately took the unconscious youth to a private hospital in Bhankrota. Where doctors declared dead. On the report of family members, the police have registered a case of murder.

On information, Bhankrota Police Station Officer Sanjay Poonia, Bagru Assistant Commissioner of Police Anil Sharma reached the spot. Collected evidence by calling the forensic department team at the spot. Police sent the dead body to Kawantia Hospital for postmortem. Bindayka police officer Sanjay Poonia said that the deceased has been identified as Raju Kuldeep, son of Kamal Kuldeep (23), a resident of Sushant Lok Colony, Sirsi.

Family members have expressed suspicion of murder. The police started investigating the matter. On not reaching home for a long time and not picking up the phone, the younger brother reached the old house. Seeing the dead body of the elder brother lying naked in a room with his neck, hands and feet tied with an iron chain, informed the family members.

I used to go to the old house every day to take bath.
In interrogation of the relatives, the police have come to know that the deceased lives with his family in Sushant Lok Colony in Sirsi and there is an old ancestral house in Gandhi Basti nearby. The deceased used to come to the old house at around 8.00 a.m. daily to take bath and after taking bath he used to go back to his house at around 9.30 a.m. When the deceased did not reach home till around 10.30 am, the younger brother of the deceased Shivam Kuldeep reached the old house and found the deceased lying naked unconscious. The neck, hands and legs were tied with an iron chain and the chain was locked.

Crying condition of family members is bad
The death of the young man created chaos in the family. The relatives are in bad condition by crying. There was a mournful silence among the villagers after hearing the news of the murder of the young man in broad daylight. The mother of the deceased is in bad condition by crying. The deceased used to do a private job. A case of death of a youth has come to light in Gandhi Basti. The relatives have given a report expressing the fear of murder. Prima facie it is believed that someone seems to have murdered the young man by strangulating him. The help of police station and technical expert team is being taken. The killers will soon be caught by the police.
