पुलिस ने पकड़ी नशे की बड़ी खेप, कीमत 6.50 करोड़ रुपये, झारखंड से लाया गया

बाड़मेर। राजस्थान में नशीली पदार्थ की तस्करी करने वालों पर सख्ती बढ़ा दी गई है। पुलिस ने आज बड़ी मात्रा में ड्रग्स बरामद की है। यह ड्रग्स एक ट्रक में भरी हुई थी और इसकी कीमत करीब 6.50 करोड़ रुपए से भी ज्यादा आंकी गई है। यह ड्रग्स बाड़मेर जिले से बरामद की गई है।

44 क्विंटल डोडा पोस्ट बरामद
बाड़मेर जिले के थाना कल्याणपुर पुलिस के सहयोग से नेशनल हाईवे पर सरहद डोली में नाकाबंदी कर एक 12 चक्का ट्रक से 44 क्विंटल अवैध डोडा पोस्त बरामद करने में बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। इस कार्रवाई में तीन जिलों से 12 हजार रुपये का इनामी आरोपी और उसके साथी को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। बरामद मादक पदार्थ की अनुमानित कीमत 6 करोड़ 60 लाख रुपए आंकी गई है। 

दो तस्कर गिरफ्तार किए गए
एसपी दिगंत आनंद ने बताया कि मुखबिर से सूचना मिली थी कि एक ट्रक में झारखंड के रांची से डोडा पोस्त तस्करी कर बाड़मेर लाया जा रहा है। सूचना पर एसएचओ ग्रामीण और डीएसटी प्रभारी सवाई सिंह के नेतृत्व में थाना कल्याणपुर क्षेत्र के नेशनल हाईवे पर सरहद डोली में नाकाबंदी की गई। नाकाबंदी में जोधपुर की तरफ से आ रहे संदिग्ध ट्रक को रुकवाकर तलाशी में 191 कट्टों से कुल 44 क्विंटल अवैध डोडा पोस्त बरामद किया गया। एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत ट्रक सवार देवाराम जाट व प्रकाश जाट निवासी जिला जालौर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

तस्कर हनुमान जाट के लिए जालौर ले जा रहे थे ड्रग्स
पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने नशे की यह खेप जालौर के खारी गांव निवासी तस्कर हनुमान जाट के लिए लाना बताया। आरोपी देवाराम जिला बाड़मेर व जैसलमेर से 5-5 हजार एवं जिला बालोतरा से 2 हजार का इनामी है। इसके विरुद्ध चोरी के पांच मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। एसपी दिगंत आनंद ने बताया कि देवाराम ने वाहन चोरी से अपराध की शुरुआत की। बाड़मेर, जैसलमेर तथा बालोतरा में ट्रैक्टर की और अन्य छोटी-मोटी चोरी किया करता था। 

बीते फरवरी माह से करने लगा डोडा पोस्त की तस्करी
बीती फरारी से यह डोडा पोस्त तस्करों के संपर्क में आया और उनके साथ बड़े पैमाने पर झारखंड से पश्चिम राजस्थान में डोडा पोस्त की तस्करी के गिरोह शामिल हो गया। झारखंड के नक्सली प्रभावित क्षेत्र में दो-तीन महीने रह कर वहां के स्थानीय तस्करों से संपर्क कर डोडा पोस्त की सप्लाई करने लगा। 

आरोपी न आगरा-लखनऊ एक्सप्रेस तथा स्वर्णिम चतुर्भुज एक्सप्रेस वे पर भारी ट्रैफिक का फायदा उठा ट्रक से डोडा पोस्त की सप्लाई शुरू कर दी। हर बार गाड़ी व रूट बदल बदल कर तस्करी करता था। राजस्थान में प्रवेश होते ही इनका साथी प्रकाश पूनिया निवासी लापुणन्दड़ा ट्रक को एस्कॉर्ट करते हुए पुलिस नाकाबंदी की जानकारी देता रहता। अब उसे तलाश कर रहे हैं।

44 quintal doda post recovered
With the help of Kalyanpur police station of Barmer district, a big success has been achieved in recovering 44 quintals of illegal doda poppy from a 12 wheeler truck by blocking it in Sarhad Doli on the National Highway. In this action, the accused and his associate carrying a reward of Rs 12,000 have been arrested from three districts. The estimated value of the recovered drugs has been estimated at Rs 6 crore 60 lakh.

SP Digant Anand said that information was received from the informer that Doda poppy was being smuggled from Ranchi, Jharkhand to Barmer in a truck. On information, under the leadership of SHO Rural and DST in-charge Sawai Singh, a blockade was done at Sarhad Doli on the National Highway of Kalyanpur police station area. During the blockade, a suspicious truck coming from Jodhpur was stopped and a total of 44 quintals of illegal doda poppy was recovered from 191 boxes and searched. Under the NDPS Act, truck driver Devaram Jat and Prakash Jat, resident of district Jalore, were arrested.

Smuggler Hanuman was taking drugs to Jalore for Jat.
During interrogation, the accused told that they were bringing this consignment of drugs for smuggler Hanuman Jat, resident of Khari village of Jalore. Accused Devaram has a reward of Rs 5 thousand each from Barmer and Jaisalmer districts and Rs 2 thousand from Balotra district. Five cases of theft are registered against him. SP Digant Anand said that Devaram started the crime by stealing a vehicle. He used to commit tractor and other minor thefts in Barmer, Jaisalmer and Balotra.

Doda started smuggling poppy seeds from last February.
Due to his past absconding, he came in contact with the smugglers of Doda poppy and along with them he joined the gang involved in smuggling of Doda poppy from Jharkhand to West Rajasthan on a large scale. After staying in the Naxalite affected area of Jharkhand for two-three months, he contacted the local smugglers and started supplying Doda poppy.

The accused took advantage of the heavy traffic on Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Swarnim Chaturbhuj Expressway and started supplying Doda poppy from the truck. Every time he used to smuggle by changing the vehicle and route. As soon as he entered Rajasthan, his companion Prakash Poonia, resident of Lapunandada, kept giving information about the police blockade while escorting the truck. Now searching for him.
