बीकानेर नगर निगम प्रतिदिन संग्रहित हो रहे कचरे से अब निगम कमाई करेगा। इसके लिए बल्लभ गार्डन में स्थित डंपिंग यार्ड के पास मटेरियल रिकवरी फेसिलिटी सेंटर (एमआरएफ) स्थापित होगा। इस सेंटर में सूखे कचरे की छंटाई होगी। यह कार्य संवेदक के माध्यम से होगा। कचरे के बदले संवेदक फर्म से निगम को प्रतिदिन राजस्व की प्राप्ति होगी। एमआरएफ सेंटर की स्थापना के लिए निगम ने टेंडर प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी है। निगम की योजना इस एमआरएफ को इसी महीने से प्रारंभ करने की है।

दो टन क्षमता प्रतिदिन
 निगम आयुक्त से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, बल्लभ गार्डन में स्थापित होने वाले एमआरएफ सेंटर की क्षमता प्रतिदिन 2 टन होगी। डंपिंग यार्ड पहुंचने वाले कचरे में से प्रतिदिन दो टन कचरे की छंटनी यहां स्थापित होने वाली मशीनों के माध्यम से होगी। 30 गुणा 60 फीट आकार में एमआरएफ का निर्माण होगा।

इस कार्य के लिए मशीनें स्वायत्त शासन विभाग से प्राप्त होंगी। टिन शेड, प्लेटफार्म इत्यादि का निर्माण निगम करवाएगा। रख रखाव निगम संवेदक के माध्यम से करवाएगा। इससे निगम को प्रतिमाह राजस्व की प्राप्ति होगी।

सूखे कचरे की होगी छंटनी
 एमआरएफ सेंटर में सूखे कचरे की छंटनी होगी। घरों व सड़कों से संग्रहित होने वाले कचरे के साथ मिले हुए प्लास्टिक, गत्ता, कांच, धातुएं, पत्थर, कपड़े, लोहा इत्यादि को मशीनों के माध्यम से अलग किया जाएगा। संवेदक फर्म सेंटर का रख रखाव व संचालन करेगा। इसके बदले में निगम को निर्धारित राशि का भुगतान प्रति माह अनुसार करेगा।

इन मशीनों से होगी कचरे की छंटाई
 निगम स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ओमप्रकाश के अनुसार एमआरएफ सेंटर में कचरे की छंटाई मशीनों के माध्यम से होगी। सेंटर में निदेशालय से प्राप्त फटका मशीन, बेलिंग मशीन, श्रेडर मशीन स्थापित की जाएगी। टिन शेड और प्लेटफार्म का निर्माण निगम करवाएगा। इसके लिए टेंडर प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी गई है।

कचरे का निस्तारण जरूरी
 डंपिंग यार्ड में प्रतिदिन एकत्रित हो रहे कचरे का निस्तारण जरूरी है। कचरे के निस्तारण के लिए एमआरएफ सेंटर संचालित किया जाएगा। इसकी प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी गई है। कचरे के निस्तारण के साथ-साथ निगम को निर्धारित राशि का राजस्व भी प्रतिमाह प्राप्त होगा।

Dry waste will be sorted in this centre. This work will be done through sensors. In exchange for the waste, the corporation will receive daily revenue from the contractor firm. The corporation has started the tender process for the establishment of MRF centre. The corporation plans to start this MRF from this month itself.

  According to the information received from the Corporation Commissioner, the capacity of the MRF center to be established in Ballabh Garden will be 2 tonnes per day. Out of the waste reaching the dumping yard, two tonnes of waste will be sorted every day through the machines installed here. MRF will be constructed in the size of 30 by 60 feet.

Machines for this work will be obtained from the Autonomous Government Department. The corporation will get the tin shed, platform etc. constructed. The corporation will get the maintenance done through a contractor. From this the corporation will earn revenue every month.

  Dry waste will be sorted in the MRF centre. Plastic, cardboard, glass, metals, stones, clothes, iron etc. mixed with the waste collected from houses and roads will be separated through machines. The contracting firm will maintain and operate the centre. In return, the corporation will be paid a fixed amount every month.

Waste will be sorted with these machines
  According to Corporation Health Officer Omprakash, the waste sorting in the MRF center will be done through machines. The threshing machine, baling machine and shredder machine received from the directorate will be installed in the centre. The corporation will get the tin shed and platform constructed. The tender process for this has been started.
