बीकानेर: गुरु गोबिंद सिंह जी के प्रकाश पर्व के अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने चारों साहिबजादों के साहस और देशभक्ति के साहसिक कार्यों से जन-जन को परिचित कराने और प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से प्रतिवर्ष 26 दिसंबर को "वीर बाल दिवस" मनाने की घोषणा की थी। वीर बाल दिवस पर आज केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल ने भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ रानी बाजार गुरद्वारे में मत्था टेका और गुरवाणी सुनी।
केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल ने बताया कि माता गुजरी, गुरु गोबिंद सिंह, और उनके चारों साहिबजादों की वीरता और आदर्शों ने लाखों लोगों को ताकत दी है, जिन्होंने कभी भी अन्याय के आगे सिर नहीं झुकाया एवं समावेशी और सौहार्दपूर्ण विश्व की कल्पना की। गुरु गोबिंद सिंह जी ने देशवासियों को अपने धर्म के प्रति जागरूक होने तथा कन्वर्जन न करने के लिए प्रेरित करते हुए मुगलों के खिलाफ लड़ाई में बहुत अहम भूमिका निभाई थी। गुरु गोबिंद सिंह और उनका पूरा परिवार सिख मत का प्रतीक था, जिन्होंने सिख पंथ को आगे बढ़ाने का दायित्व अपने हाथों में लिया था।

एक ही प्रण था कि चाहे कुछ भी हो जाए, वे लोगों को कन्वर्जन नहीं करने देंगे और मुगलों के खिलाफ एकता से लड़ेंगे यही कारण था कि मुगलों द्वारा गुरु गोबिंद सिंह और उनके परिवार को अनेक कष्ट दिए गए। उनके दो बड़े बेटों अजीत सिंह और जुझार सिंह को उनके सामने ही मार डाला गया और छोटे बेटों जोरावर सिंह और फतेह सिंह को जिंदा दीवार में चिनवा दिया गया, लेकिन गुरुजी ने सिख पंथ छोड़कर मुगल बनना कभी स्वीकार नहीं किया। सिखों के 10वें गुरु और उनके चारों साहिबजादों की महानता इसी से स्पष्ट पारिलक्षित होती रही है कि इन महान हस्तियों ने धर्म के महान सिद्धांतों से विचलित होने के बजाए बेहद कष्टदायक मौत को चुना। गुरु गोबिंद सिंह तथा उनके चारों पुत्रों की वीरता ने देश के लोगों को प्रेरित किया।

His two elder sons Ajit Singh and Jujhar Singh were killed in front of him and younger sons Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh were buried alive in the wall, but Guruji never accepted to leave the Sikh sect and become a Mughal. The greatness of the 10th Guru of the Sikhs and his four Sahibzadas is clearly reflected in the fact that these great personalities chose an extremely painful death rather than deviate from the great principles of the religion. The bravery of Guru Gobind Singh and his four sons inspired the people of the country.
