निजी बस और ई-रिक्शा में टक्कर, 3 की मौत:2 लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल; एक मृतक की नहीं हो पाई शिनाख्त

अनूपगढ़ में एक ई-रिक्शा और एक निजी ट्रेवलर्स कम्पनी की बस में आमने-सामने की टक्कर हो गई। टक्कर इतनी जोरदार थी की तीन व्यक्तियों की मौत हो गई। दो लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। घटना गुरुवार देर शाम लगभग साढ़े 6 बजे, एनएच- 911 पर गांव 23-A मोड के पास हुई।

घटना स्थल पर ही मृत हुए तीन में से दो मृतकों की ही पहचान हो गई, जबकि तीसरे मृतक की पुलिस पहचान करने का प्रयास कर रही है। घटना की सूचना पर पुलिस तुरंत प्रभाव से मौके पर पहुंची और घायलों को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में पहुंचाया, जहां इलाज के बाद उन्हें बीकानेर के लिए रेफर कर दिया। वहीं चिकित्सकों के मृत घोषित करने के बाद शवों को राजकीय चिकित्सालय की मोर्चरी में रखवा दिया।

दो मृतकों के परिजन मौके पर पहुंच गए है, जबकि तीसरे की शिनाख्त के प्रयास जारी हैं, जिस मृतक की शिनाख्त नहीं हुई। उसके पास हेतराम नाम लिखा हुआ एक एटीएम मिला है, यह एटीएम मृतक का है या किसी अन्य सगे संबंधी का इस संबंध में कोई जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई है।

बूटाराम ने बताया कि उसने शाम को लगभग साढ़े छह बजे अपने पिता राजसिंह बावरी (35), ताया सुखराम बावरी (55), बुआ धनकौर बावरी (50) पत्नी दौलतराम बावरी को गांव 8के जाने के लिए अनूपगढ़ से एक ई रिक्शा पर बैठाया था। कुछ ही देर में गांव 23 ए मोड पर सामने से आ रही एक निजी बस ने ई-रिक्शा को टक्कर मार दी। बस की टक्कर इतनी जबरदस्त थी कि ई-रिक्शा पूरी तरह से टूट-फूट गई, बस कुछ दूरी तक ई-रिक्शा को घसीटती हुई ले गई। ई-रिक्शा में सवार ड्राइवर रमन गुप्ता (40) पुत्र सतीष गुप्ता निवासी वार्ड नंबर 17 नया 23, राजसिंह बावरी (35) और एक अन्य ने मौके पर ही दम तोड़ दिया, जबकि दो बुरी तरह से घायल हो गए।

एक मृतक की नहीं हुई शिनाख्त
टक्कर होते ही मौके पर भारी भीड़ लग गई। लोगों ने घटना की सूचना पुलिस को दी। दुर्घटना की सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस तुरंत प्रभाव से मौके पर पहुंची और लोगों की मदद से घायलों को अनूपगढ़ के सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया। अन्य तीन को डॉक्टर की तरफ से मृत घोषित करने के बाद मुर्दागृह में रखवा दिया गया है। तीन में से दो मृतकों के परिजनों ने अस्पताल पहुंचकर मृतकों की शिनाख्त भी कर ले गई। सूचना मिलने पर जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक रमेश मौर्य, कार्यवाहक उपखंड अधिकारी सतीष कुमार, थानाधिकारी अनिल कुमार एवं डॉक्टर्स की टीम तुंरत प्रभाव से अस्पताल पहुंची।

घटना के बाद जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक रमेश मौर्य ने मौका मुआयना किया। मृतकों के परिजनों से घटना के बारे में जानकारी लेकर चिकित्सकों को घायलों को जल्द से जल्द रेफर करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा अस्पातल में व्यापार मंडल अध्यक्ष मोहित छाबड़ा, पार्षद राजू चलाना, विष्णु बिश्रोई, पार्षद भुपेंद्र सिंह, अग्रवाल समाज के अध्यक्ष सुरेश कुमार उर्फ गोरू ने मृतकों के परिजनों को ढाढस बंधाया। पुलिस अधीक्षक रमेश मौर्य ने बताया कि तीसरे मृतक की शिनाख्त के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। शुक्रवार को मृतकों का पोस्टमार्टम करवाकर एवं कानूनी कार्रवाई कर शव परिजनों को सौंपे जाएंगें।

Collision between private bus and e-rickshaw, 3 dead: 2 seriously injured; One deceased could not be identified

There was a head-on collision between an e-rickshaw and a bus of a private travelers company in Anupgarh. The collision was so strong that three people died. Two people were seriously injured. The incident occurred around 6.30 pm on Thursday, near village 23-A mode on NH-911.

Only two of the three deceased have been identified at the scene of the incident, while the police is trying to identify the third deceased. On receiving information about the incident, the police immediately reached the spot and took the injured to the Community Health Center, where after treatment they were referred to Bikaner. After the doctors declared them dead, the bodies were kept in the mortuary of the government hospital.

The relatives of two deceased have reached the spot, while efforts are on to identify the third deceased, who has not been identified. An ATM with Hetram's name written on it was found, whether this ATM belonged to the deceased or any other relative, no information has been found in this regard.

Bootaram told that at around 6.30 in the evening, he had made his father Rajsingh Bawri (35), uncle Sukhram Bawri (55), aunt Dhankaur Bawri (50) and wife Daulatram Bawri sit on an e-rickshaw from Anupgarh to go to village 8. Within some time, a private bus coming from the front at village 23 A mode hit the e-rickshaw. The collision with the bus was so severe that the e-rickshaw was completely broken, the bus dragged the e-rickshaw for some distance. The driver of the e-rickshaw, Raman Gupta (40), son of Satish Gupta, resident of Ward No. 17, Naya 23, Rajsingh Bawri (35) and another died on the spot, while two were badly injured.

One deceased not identified
As soon as the collision occurred, a huge crowd gathered at the spot. People informed the police about the incident. On receiving information about the accident, police immediately reached the spot and with the help of people, got the injured admitted to the government hospital in Anupgarh. The other three have been kept in the mortuary after being declared dead by the doctor. The relatives of two of the three deceased reached the hospital and identified the deceased. On receiving the information, District Superintendent of Police Ramesh Maurya, Acting Sub-Divisional Officer Satish Kumar, Police Officer Anil Kumar and a team of doctors immediately reached the hospital.

After the incident, District Superintendent of Police Ramesh Maurya inspected the spot. After getting information about the incident from the relatives of the deceased, doctors were instructed to refer the injured as soon as possible. Apart from this, Trade Board President Mohit Chhabra, Councilor Raju Chalana, Vishnu Bishroi, Councilor Bhupendra Singh, Agarwal Samaj President Suresh Kumar alias Goru consoled the families of the deceased in the hospital. Superintendent of Police Ramesh Maurya said that efforts are being made to identify the third deceased. On Friday, after conducting post-mortem of the deceased and taking legal action, the bodies will be handed over to the relatives.
