बीकानेर में विश्व प्रसिद्ध ऊंट उत्सव के तैयारी के लिए मेहंदी, रंगोली, और चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन, 5 जनवरी तक करें आवेदन

बीकानेर 3 जनवरी 2024 को होने वाले विश्व प्रसिद्ध ऊंट उत्सव की तैयारी सरकारी स्तर पर बड़े जोर शोर से चल रही है! बीकानेर वासियों की भागीदारी और कार्यक्रम के प्रचार प्रसार हेतु जिला प्रशासन पर्यटन विभाग राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा मेहंदी रंगोली और चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया है! फॉर्म प्राप्त और जमा कराने की अंतिम दिनाक 5 जनवरी 2024 है। इस आयोजन का स्थान ढोला मारू होटल, पर्यटन विभाग राजस्थान है।

महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश:
1. मेहंदी, रंगोली तथा ड्राइंग प्रतियोगिता: सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए एक ही समय पर शुरू होगी।
2. सभी प्रतियोगियों को प्रतियोगिता के लिए 1 घंटे का समय दिया जाएगा।
3. सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रतियोगिता से आधा घंटे पूर्व बीकाजी की टेकरी पंहुचना होगा।
4. निर्णायकों का निर्णय ही सर्वमान्य होगा।

रंगोली:
1. रंगोली के लिए 2 ग्रुप (स्कूल लेवल 9 कक्षा तक तथा 10 वी कक्षा से स्नातक स्तर) में प्रतियोगिता होगी।
2. रंगोली के लिए एक ग्रुप में 4 से 8 सदस्य हो सकते हैं।
3. हर ग्रुप को 5*5 फीट का स्थान उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा।
4. हर ग्रुप में 400 ग्राम लाल, 400 ग्राम सफेद, 400 ग्राम काला, 400 ग्राम हरा, 400 ग्राम नीला, 400 ग्राम पीला, 400 ग्राम बालू, 200 ग्राम गुलाबी, 200 ग्राम केसरिया, 200 ग्राम भूरा, 200 ग्राम बैगनी रंगोली रंग के पैकेट तथा चौक उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे।
5. सभी प्रतिभागियों को रफ कपड़ा, अखबार, कलर मिलाने की बाऊल अपने घर से लाना होगा।

मेहंदी:
1. सभी प्रतियोगियों के बीच 2 स्तर में एकल प्रतियोगिता होगी।
2. प्रतियोगिता में एक हाथ पर ही मेहंदी लगानी होगी।
3. प्रतियोगियों को 2 मेहंदी कोन दिए जाएंगे।

ड्राइंग:
1. सभी प्रतियोगियों की 2 स्तर में एकल प्रतियोगिता होगी।
2. सभी प्रतिभागियों को 1 A3 साइज की ड्राइंग शीट पेंसिल, रबर, कटर तथा स्केच कलर का सेट दिया जाएगा।

सभी प्रतियोगिताएं: तीनों प्रतियोगिता बीकाजी की टेकरी पर ठीक 12 जनवरी 2024, 9:00 am पर शुरू की जाएंगी। यह तीनों प्रतियोगिता जिला प्रशासन पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा आयोजित की जाएगी जिनका संचालन श्रीमती ज्योति स्वामी द्वारा किया जाएगा!

Mehndi, Rangoli and painting competition organized for the preparation of world famous camel festival in Bikaner, apply till 5th January

Bikaner: Preparations for the world famous camel festival to be held on January 3, 2024 are going on in full swing at the government level. Mehndi, Rangoli and Painting competition has been organized by the District Administration, Tourism Department, Government of Rajasthan for the participation of Bikaner residents and promotion of the program. The last date for receipt and submission of forms is 5 January 2024. The venue of this event is Dhola Maru Hotel, Tourism Department Rajasthan.

Important Instructions:
1. Mehndi, Rangoli and Drawing Competition: Will start at the same time for all participants.
2. All contestants will be given 1 hour time for the competition.
3. All participants will have to reach Bikaji ki Tekri half an hour before the competition.
4. Only the decision of the judges will be universally accepted.

Rangoli:
1. There will be a competition for Rangoli in 2 groups (school level up to class 9 and graduation level from class 10).
2. A group for Rangoli can have 4 to 8 members.
3. Every group will be provided a space of 5*5 feet.
4. In each group, 400 grams red, 400 grams white, 400 grams black, 400 grams green, 400 grams blue, 400 grams yellow, 400 grams sand, 200 grams pink, 200 grams saffron, 200 grams brown, 200 grams purple rangoli colors. Packets and squares will be made available.
5. All participants will have to bring rough cloth, newspaper, color mixing bowl from their home.

Mehndi:
1. There will be a single competition in 2 levels among all the competitors.
2. Mehndi will have to be applied on one hand only in the competition.
3. Contestants will be given 2 Mehndi cones.

Drawing:
1. All competitors will have singles competition in 2 levels.
2. All participants will be given 1 A3 size drawing sheet, pencil, eraser, cutter and sketch color set.

All Contests: All three contests will be started on Bikaji Ki Tekri exactly on 12th January 2024, 9:00 am. These three competitions will be organized by the District Administration Tourism Department which will be conducted by Mrs. Jyoti Swami.
