राजस्थान में आईपीएल सट्टे के 2 हजार करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा का धोखाधड़ी का खुलासा, गिरफ्तार आरोपी 'महादेव बुक' एप का सरगना, दुबई से संभालता था कारोबार

राजस्थान में लोगों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लालच देकर बैंक खाता खुलवाकर उनमें आईपीएल सट्टे के 2 हजार कराेड़ रुपए से ज्यादा का लेन-देन करवाने वाले गिराेह का सरगना मृगांक मिश्रा मुंबई एयरपाेर्ट पर पकड़ा गया. उसके खिलाफ पुलिस ने लुक आउट नाेटिस जारी करवा रखा था. इस कारण भारत आते ही पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ गया. गिराेह का खुलासा प्रतापगढ़ पुलिस ने मई 2023 में किया था. इससे पहले फिल्म अभिनेता रणबीर कपूर और अभिनेत्री सनी लियाेन काे भी प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने 'महादेव बुक' एप मामले में तलब किया था. उसके सरगनाओं में मृगांक मिश्रा भी शामिल है.

आरोपी सात दिन की पुलिस रिमांड पर : एसपी अमित कुमार ने बताया कि आईपीएल सट्टे की राशि के लेन-देन के लिए भोले-भाले लोगों के बैंक खाते खुलवाने वाले गिरोह का पर्दाफाश प्रतापगढ़ पुलिस ने मई में किया. पुलिस मामले में पहले चार लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है. दुबई में बैठकर पूरा कारोबार चलाने वाले गिरोह का सरगना मृगांक मिश्रा शनिवार काे मुंबई छत्रपति शिवाजी टर्मिनल पहुंचा. लुक आउट नाेटिस के कारण एयरपाेर्ट पर पूछताछ के बाद प्रतापगढ़ पुलिस काे सूचना दी गई. प्रतापगढ़ महिला थाना प्रभारी अरुण खाट के नेतृत्व में मुंबई पहुंची पुलिस टीम ने सरगना मृगांक मिश्रा निवासी मध्यप्रदेश रतलाम काे गिरफ्तार कर लिया और रविवार शाम काे टीम प्रतापगढ़ पहुंच गई. आरोपी को काेर्ट में पेश कर सात दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर लेते हुए पूछताछ शुरू कर दी गई है.

दुबई में हुई थी आलीशान शादी : एसपी अमित कुमार ने बताया कि आरोपी आईपीएल सट्टा राशि काे फर्जी खाताें में ट्रांसफर करवाते थे. इन रुपयों को सट्टे के ग्राहकों और दलालों तक भिजवाया जाता था. इसके लिए व्हाट्सएप पर लेनदेन के लिए ग्रुप बना रखा था. इस ग्रुप की चैटिंग भी पुलिस के हाथ लगी है. पूरे मामले को लेकर सोमवार को एक बार फिर से मुख्य आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर ईडी को पत्र लिखा गया है. बता दें कि फरवरी 2023 में यूएई के शहर रास अल खैमाह में आलीशान शादी हुई थी. छत्तीसगढ़ भिलाई में रहने वाले 28 साल के सौरभ चंद्राकर की इस शादी में मेहमानों के लिए चार्टर्ड प्लेन लगे थे. पार्टी में परफॉर्मेंस के लिए सनी लियोन, नेहा कक्कड़, आतिफ असलम, टाइगर श्राॅफ जैसी कई सेलिब्रिटी को बुलाया गया गया था. इस शादी के बाद सौरभ और उनका महादेव बेटिंग ऐप जांच एजेंसियों के रडार पर आ गया.

आरोपी के खिलाफ लुक आउट नोटिस जारी था : इस मामले में रणबीर कपूर और कपिल शर्मा जैसे सेलिब्रिटीज को भी ईडी ने समन भेजा था. महादेव बेटिंग की मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में कई बॉलीवुड सेलिब्रिटी ईडी की रडार पर हैं. प्रतापगढ़ पुलिस की कार्रवाई में 2000 करोड़ का फर्जी खातों से लेनदेन मामले में गिरफ्तार सरगना मृगांक भी महादेव एप का दुबई में संचालक है. आरोपी मृगांक का कुछ समय एक पार्टी का फोटो भी वायरल हुआ था. पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार यह फोटो उसी शादी का बताया जा रहा है. प्रतापगढ़ पुलिस ने इस मामले की रिपाेर्ट ईडी को भी सौंपी थी, इसके बाद आरोपी काे पकड़ने के लिए लुक आउट नोटिस जारी करवाया गया.

'महादेव बुक' नाम के इस एप से कुछ ही महीनों में देशभर से 12 लाख से ज्यादा लोग जुड़ गए. क्रिकेट से लेकर चुनाव तक में सट्टा लगाने के लिए लोग इस एप का इस्तेमाल करते थे. कोरोना महामारी के बाद इस एप का कारोबार तेज रफ्तार से आगे बढ़ा. 2021 में कोरोना के कारण बिना दर्शकों के आईपीएल का आयोजन हुआ. उस वक्त महादेव एप के जरिए 2 हजार करोड़ से ज्यादा की सट्टेबाजी हुई थी. गिरोह ने देशभर के 68 फर्जी खातों के जरिए 2000 करोड़ रुपए का लेन-देन किया था. इनमें से 12 खाते प्रतापगढ़ के भी थे. पुलिस इन खातों में अब तक करीब 4 करोड़ रुपए होल्ड भी करवा चुकी है.

Accused on seven-day police remand: SP Amit Kumar said that Pratapgarh police busted a gang that opened bank accounts of innocent people for transaction of IPL betting money in May. Police have already arrested four people in the case. Mrigank Mishra, the leader of the gang who runs his entire business sitting in Dubai, reached Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal on Saturday. After inquiry at the airport due to look out notice, information was given to Pratapgarh police. The police team that reached Mumbai under the leadership of Pratapgarh women police station in-charge Arun Khat arrested the kingpin Mrigank Mishra, resident of Madhya Pradesh Ratlam and the team reached Pratapgarh on Sunday evening. The accused was presented in the court and taken on police remand for seven days and interrogation has been started.

A luxurious wedding took place in Dubai: SP Amit Kumar told that the accused used to get the IPL betting money transferred to fake accounts. This money was sent to betting customers and brokers. For this, a group was formed on WhatsApp for transactions. The chatting of this group has also been captured by the police. On Monday, once again a letter has been written to ED regarding the entire matter and the arrest of the main accused. Let us tell you that in February 2023, a luxurious wedding took place in UAE city Ras Al Khaimah. In this wedding of 28 year old Saurabh Chandrakar, living in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, chartered planes were arranged for the guests. Many celebrities like Sunny Leone, Neha Kakkar, Atif Aslam, Tiger Shroff were invited to perform in the party. After this marriage, Saurabh and his Mahadev betting app came under the radar of investigating agencies.

Look out notice was issued against the accused: ED had also sent summons to celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor and Kapil Sharma in this case. Many Bollywood celebrities are on the radar of ED in the case of money laundering of Mahadev betting. In the action of Pratapgarh Police, the kingpin Mrigank, arrested in the case of transaction of Rs 2000 crore through fake accounts, is also the operator of Mahadev App in Dubai. Sometime the photo of accused Mrigank at a party also went viral. According to police sources, this photo is said to be from the same wedding. Pratapgarh Police had also submitted the report of this case to ED, after which a look out notice was issued to arrest the accused.

Within a few months, more than 12 lakh people from across the country joined this app named 'Mahadev Book'. People used this app for betting on everything from cricket to elections. After the Corona epidemic, the business of this app grew at a fast pace. In 2021, IPL was organized without spectators due to Corona. At that time, betting worth more than Rs 2 thousand crores was done through Mahadev app. The gang had made transactions worth Rs 2000 crore through 68 fake accounts across the country. Of these, 12 accounts were also from Pratapgarh. Till now, the police has already seized around Rs 4 crore in these accounts.
