पिता ने बेटे पर किया हमला, मोबाइल और नगदी छीनी

हनुमानगढ़। अपने बेटे को बच्चों सहित घर से निकालने वाले एक पिता ने कुछ लोगों के साथ मिलकर अपने बेटे पर हमला कर दिया। आरोपियों ने पीड़ित को मारपीट कर घायल कर दिया और मोबाइल व नगदी छीन ली। पीड़ित ने जंक्शन पुलिस थाना में अपने पिता सहित तीन लोगों के खिलाफ नामजद और आधा दर्जन अन्यों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। 

पुलिस जांच में जुटी है। पुलिस के अनुसार इंसाफ अली पुत्र खुदाबक्श निवासी चक 6-8 एलएलडब्ल्यू ने लिखित रिपोर्ट पेश करते हुए बताया कि वह ट्रक चलाता है और अपने माता-पिता से अलग रहता है। गांव नवां में रहने वाले उसके पिता खुदाबक्श ने करीब 4 साल पहले उसे और उसके बच्चों को घर से निकाल दिया था। सम्पति में से कोई हिस्सा नहीं दिया। जब वह अपने हिस्से की सम्पति मांगता है तो उसका पिता गालियां देता है और जान से मारने की धमकी देता है। 

रविवार की शाम करीब 6 बजे वह अपना ट्रक संगरिया रोड पर गांव नवां के नजदीक स्थित अपना होटल पर खड़ा कर घर की तरफ गांव नवां में से होकर जा रहा था। जहां उसके पिता खुदाबक्श के अलावा कालू खां पुत्र सफी मोहम्मद, निवासी किकरवाली, साहिल खां पुत्र अलादिता, निवासी रोड़ांवाली और 6 अन्य व्यक्ति मिले जो तीन मोटर साइकिलों पर सवार थे। 

इनके हाथों में कुल्हाड़ी, कापा, डंडे आदि थे। सभी ने उसे घेर लिया और जानलेवा हमला करते हुए मारपीट करने लगे। उसके सिर, हाथ, पैर पर कुल्हाड़ी से वार कर चोटें मारी। मौके पर आए गांव के लोगों ने बीच-बचाव कर उसे छुड़ाया। इस दौरान उसके पिता सहित अन्य लोग मारपीट कर उसका मोबाइल फोन और 18 हजार रुपए की नगदी छीनकर वहां से फरार हो गए। 

पीड़ित ने बताया कि सिर, हाथ और पैर पर गंभीर चोट लगने के कारण उसे टाउन के राजकीय जिला चिकित्सालय में भर्ती करवाया गया। इंसाफ अली के कारण यह लोग पूर्व में भी दो-तीन बार उस पर जानलेवा हमला कर चुके हैं। अब भी वे उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहे हैं। भविष्य में कोई भी अनहोनी कर सकते हैं। उसे जान-माल का खतरा बना हुआ है। पुलिस ने संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच एएसआई दलीपसिंह को सौंपी है।

According to the police, Insaf Ali, son of Khudabaksh, resident of Chak 6-8 LLW, while presenting the written report, said that he drives a truck and lives separately from his parents. His father Khudabaksh, who lives in village Nawan, had thrown him and his children out of the house about 4 years ago. Did not give any share of the property. When he asks for his share of the property, his father abuses him and threatens to kill him.

On Sunday evening at around 6 pm, he parked his truck at his hotel located near village Nawan on Sangriya Road and was going towards home through village Nawan. Where apart from his father Khudabaksh, Kalu Khan son of Safi Mohammad, resident of Kikarwali, Sahil Khan son of Aladita, resident of Rodanwali and 6 other persons were found who were riding on three motorcycles.

They had axes, kappa, sticks etc. in their hands. Everyone surrounded him and started beating him with deadly attack. He was hit on his head, hands and legs with an axe. The village people who came to the spot intervened and rescued him. During this time, other people including his father beat him, snatched his mobile phone and cash worth Rs 18,000 and fled from there.

The victim said that he was admitted to the Government District Hospital of the town due to serious injuries on his head, hands and legs. Because of Insaf Ali, these people have attacked him fatally two-three times in the past also. Even now they are threatening to kill him. Any untoward incident can happen in future. There is a threat to his life and property. Police have registered a case under relevant sections and handed over the investigation to ASI Dalip Singh.
