विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान जिला पुलिस ने सख्त नाकाबंदी और संदिग्ध राशि 10 लाख जब्ती की

विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर जिला पुलिस ने बुधवार को भी अलग-अलग स्थानों पर सघन नाकाबंदी कर रखी है। हनुमानगढ़ जिले की टाउन पुलिस ने एफएसटी के साथ मिलकर कोहला टोल नाके पर हरियाणा नंबर की लग्जरी कार से 10 लाख रुपए की संदिग्ध राशि जब्त की है। पुलिस ने राशि को लेकर इनकम टैक्स विभाग को सूचित किया है।

 इस बीच कोहला टोल नाका पर एक हरियाणा नंबर की लग्जरी कार की तलाशी में 10 लाख रुपए की संदिग्ध राशि जब्त की गई। पूछताछ में कार सवार तीन युवक राशि को लेकर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे पाए। हरियाणा नम्बर लग्जरी किआ कार में सवार सिवानी हरियाणा निवासी तीन युवकों से संदिग्ध राशि बरामद की गई।

 इस कार्रवाई में एफएसटी टीम, सीओ एससी-एसटी सैल पुष्पेंद्र सिंह, टाउन थाना सीआई वेदपाल शामिल थे। पुलिस के अनुसार, गाड़ी को जब्त किया गया है। वहीं, राशि को लेकर इनकम टैक्स विभाग को भी सूचित कर दिया गया है। इस संबंध में चुनाव आयोग को सूचना दी गई है।

Town police of Hanumangarh district, along with FST, have seized suspicious amount of Rs 10 lakh from a luxury car with Haryana number at Kohala toll post. The police have informed the Income Tax Department regarding the amount.

According to SP Dr. Rajeev Pachar, the investigation campaign is going on by imposing intensive blockade at different places in the district every day. Along with increasing police surveillance on the interstate border, intensive searches are being conducted along with monitoring of four-wheelers and buses etc. During this time, suspicious amount is also being confiscated. Miscreants and anti-social elements are completely on the radar of the police to conduct peaceful and fair election process in the district.

Meanwhile, a suspicious amount of Rs 10 lakh was seized during the search of a luxury car with Haryana number at Kohla Toll Naka. During interrogation, the three youths in the car could not give any satisfactory answer regarding the amount. Suspicious amount of money was recovered from three youths resident of Siwani, Haryana, traveling in Haryana number luxury Kia car.

FST team, CO SC-ST cell Pushpendra Singh, Town police station CI Vedpal were involved in this action. According to the police, the vehicle has been seized. At the same time, the Income Tax Department has also been informed regarding the amount. Information has been given to the Election Commission in this regard.
