मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा बोले, राजस्थान बने उत्कृष्ट शिक्षा का मॉडल, जहां आवश्यक हो वहां प्राथमिकता से हो शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति

मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को शिक्षा के बेहतर अवसर उपलब्ध कराने के लिए प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य कर रही है. हमारा उद्देश्य गांव, कस्बे से लेकर शहर तक शिक्षा का ऐसा वातावरण विकसित करना है, जिससे हर वर्ग का विद्यार्थी सुंदर भविष्य का सपना देख सके और उसे पूरा भी कर सके. सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय में स्कूल, उच्च, तकनीकी एवं संस्कृत शिक्षा विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता की. 

मुख्यमंत्री ने स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों को निजी क्षेत्र के विद्यालयों के समान राजकीय विद्यालयों में भी आवश्यक शैक्षणिक सुविधाएं एवं संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने की योजना बनाने के निर्देश दिए जिससे कि जरूरतमंद परिवार के विद्यार्थी को भी उच्च गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा मुहैया कराई जा सके. उन्होंने कहा कि राजकीय विद्यालयों में शिक्षक कठिन परीक्षा को पास कर नियोजित होते हैं. उनमें विद्यार्थियों के भविष्य को बनाने की पूर्ण क्षमता होती है. मुख्यमंत्री ने राजकीय विद्यालयों में रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए मानव संसाधनों के सामंजस्यपूर्वक उपयोग की आवश्यकता पर भी बल दिया. उन्होंने विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों की संख्या के आधार पर शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति करने के लिए नियमित समीक्षा करने के निर्देश दिए. इससे जिन विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की कमी है, वहां विद्यार्थियों को प्राथमिकता से एवं समय पर शिक्षक मिल सकेंगे. 

सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा ने कहा कि शिक्षकों के अनियमित स्थानान्तरण की वजह से विद्यालयों की शिक्षण व्यवस्था प्रभावित होती है. इसके समाधान के लिए शिक्षा विभाग को पारदर्शी स्थानान्तरण नीति तैयार करनी चाहिए. इससे शिक्षकों का योग्यता के आधार पर एवं सही समय पर स्थानान्तरण सुनिश्चित हो सकेगा. उन्होंने अधिकारियों को शिक्षा के सुधार के लिए कुछ जिलों में नवाचार करने के निर्देश भी दिए. जिन्हें निकट भविष्य में पूरे प्रदेश में लागू किया जा सके और राजस्थान पूरे देश में उत्कृष्ट शिक्षा का मॉडल बनकर उभरे.  

मुख्यमंत्री ने शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों को बजट घोषणा 2024-25 लेखानुदान, 100 दिवसीय कार्य योजना वं संकल्प पत्र में शामिल घोषणाओं का क्रियान्वयन के निर्देश दिए. मुख्यमंत्री ने राजीव गांधी स्कॉलरशिप फॉर एकेडमिक एक्सीलेंस की समीक्षा करते हुए इस योजना में देश के प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों को शामिल करने के निर्देश दिए. साथ ही, उन्होंने राजस्थान पाठ्य पुस्तक मण्डल को पुस्तकों की खरीद प्रक्रिया में सुधार लाने के निर्देश भी दिए. उन्होंने प्रक्रियाधीन भर्तियों की स्थिति, विद्या सम्बल योजना, स्कूटी एवं साइकिल वितरण योजना, छात्रवृत्ति योजना, पीएम उषा योजना के संबंध में विस्तृत समीक्षा की. 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि संस्कृत भाषा के ज्ञान से व्यक्ति के आचार, विचार और संस्कार में सकारात्मक बदलाव आता है. उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार संस्कृत शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए संकल्पबद्ध है और इस दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय ले रही है. उन्होंने संस्कृत शिक्षा विभाग को शिविर एवं गोष्ठियों का आयोजन कर विद्यार्थियों को संस्कृत शिक्षा के प्रति प्रेरित करने के निर्देश दिए. साथ ही, मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को संस्कृत भाषा के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए विभागीय वार्षिक कलेण्डर प्रकाशित करने के निर्देश भी दिए.  बैठक में अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव वित्त अखिल अरोरा, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव मुख्यमंत्री शिखर अग्रवाल, प्रमुख सचिव मुख्यमंत्री आलोक गुप्ता, प्रमुख शासन सचिव उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा सुबीर कुमार, स्कूल शिक्षा सचिव कृष्ण कुणाल, संस्कृत शिक्षा सचिव पूनम सहित विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे.

Our objective is to develop such an environment of education from village, town to city, so that students of every category can dream of a beautiful future and can also fulfill it. On Monday, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma presided over the review meeting of school, higher, technical and Sanskrit education departments in the Chief Minister's Office.

The Chief Minister directed the officials of the School Education Department to make a plan to provide necessary educational facilities and resources in government schools like private sector schools, so that high quality education can be provided to students from needy families. He said that teachers are employed in government schools after passing difficult examinations. They have full potential to shape the future of the students. The Chief Minister also stressed the need for harmonious use of human resources to fill the vacant posts in government schools. He instructed to conduct regular reviews to appoint teachers based on the number of students in schools. With this, in schools where there is a shortage of teachers, students will be able to get teachers on priority and on time.

CM Bhajanlal Sharma said that due to irregular transfer of teachers, the teaching system of schools is affected. To solve this, the education department should prepare a transparent transfer policy. This will ensure transfer of teachers on the basis of merit and at the right time. He also instructed the officials to make innovations in some districts for the improvement of education. Which can be implemented in the entire state in the near future and Rajasthan emerges as a model of excellent education in the entire country.

The Chief Minister instructed the officials of the Education Department to implement the announcements included in the Budget Announcement 2024-25, Vote on Account, 100-day action plan and resolution letter. While reviewing the Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship for Academic Excellence, the Chief Minister directed to include reputed institutions of the country in this scheme. Besides, he also instructed Rajasthan Text Book Board to improve the purchase process of books. He conducted a detailed review regarding the status of recruitments under process, Vidya Sambal Yojana, Scooty and Cycle Distribution Scheme, Scholarship Scheme, PM Usha Yojana.

The Chief Minister said that knowledge of Sanskrit language brings positive changes in a person's conduct, thoughts and values. He said that the state government is determined to promote Sanskrit education and is taking important decisions in this direction. He instructed the Sanskrit Education Department to organize camps and seminars to motivate students towards Sanskrit education. Besides this, the Chief Minister also instructed the officials to publish departmental annual calendar for the promotion of Sanskrit language. Additional Chief Secretary Finance Akhil Arora, Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Shikhar Agarwal, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Alok Gupta, Principal Secretary to Higher and Technical Education Subir Kumar, School Education Secretary Krishna Kunal, Sanskrit Education Secretary Poonam and senior officials of the department were present in the meeting.
