बीकानेर: बेटे ने मां के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी के आरोप में मुकदमा दर्ज किया 

बीकानेर में एक मामला सामने आया है जिसमें बेटे द्वारा मां पर धोखाधड़ी के आरोप लगाए गए हैं। अनूपगढ़ के वार्ड 12 में रहने वाले पवन कुमार ने अपनी मां कृष्णा देवी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। 

पवन कुमार ने बताया कि 2018 में उन्होंने अपनी माता से दस लाख में एक प्लॉट खरीदा था, जिसका पूरा भुगतान कर दिया गया था। मां ने उन्हें इसके एग्रीमेंट और पैसों की रसीद भी दे दी थी। लेकिन प्लॉट का पट्टा नहीं होने की वजह से उसकी रजिस्ट्री नहीं हो पा रही थी। 

इसके बावजूद, कृष्णा देवी ने प्लॉट का पट्टा गुपचुप तरीके से अपने दोहिते गौरव शर्मा के नाम करवा लिया और धोखाधड़ी की गई। पुलिस ने प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। 

यह मामला धोखाधड़ी और निर्माता की गलती के एक और उदाहरण को दर्शाता है। नागरिकों को धोखाधड़ी और अनुचित व्यावहार के खिलाफ जागरूक रहना चाहिए।

Bikaner: Son files case against mother on charges of fraud

A case has come to light in Bikaner in which a son has accused his mother of cheating. Pawan Kumar, resident of Ward 12 of Anupgarh, has filed a case against his mother Krishna Devi.

Pawan Kumar told that in 2018 he had bought a plot from his mother for ten lakhs, which was fully paid for. The mother had also given him its agreement and receipt for the money. But due to lack of lease for the plot, it could not be registered.

Despite this, Krishna Devi secretly got the lease of the plot done in the name of her nephew Gaurav Sharma and fraud was committed. The police have started investigating the case on the basis of the applicant's report.

This case represents another example of fraud and manufacturer error. Citizens should remain vigilant against fraud and unfair practices.
