धोखाधड़ी: नगर पालिका के कर्मचारियों ने होटल संचालक को फर्जी फायर सेफ्टी सर्टिफिकेट, पुलिस का दरवाजा खटखटाया

श्रीडूंगरगढ़ नगर पालिका के कर्मचारियों ने एक होटल संचालक को फर्जी फायर सेफ्टी सर्टिफिकेट बनाकर दे दिया। उससे तीस हजार रुपए भी लिए गए। होटल संचालक ने इसी तरह के आरोप लगाते हुए श्रीडूंगरगढ़ थाने में धोखाधाड़ी का मामला दर्ज करा दिया है।

कस्बे के आशीष होटल के संचालक मामराज तर्ड ने पुलिस को बताया कि उसने अपनी होटल में बार खोलने के लिए फायर सेफ्टी सर्टिफिकेट के लिए आवेदन किया था। इसके लिए नगर पालिका के अधिशासी अधिकारी कुंदनमल देथा और लिपिक सूरजभान को आवेदन दिया। इन दोनों ने फायर सेफ्टी सर्टिफिकेट बनाकर दे दिया। उसने इसे प्राप्त करने के बदले तीस हजार रुपए भी दिए।

बार के लिए आवेदन करते हुए इस सर्टिफिकेट को आबकारी विभाग को भेजा तो पता चला कि यह फर्जी है। आबकारी विभाग ने ही मामराज तर्ड को बताया कि सर्टिफिकेट फर्जी पेश किया गया है। इस पर मामराज ने पालिका के अधिशासी अधिकारी व लिपिक के खिलाफ धोखाधाड़ी करने का मामला दर्ज करा दिया। आरोप है कि संबंधित कर्मचारी से सर्टिफिकेट फर्जी होने की बात कही गई तो उसे धमकाया गया। अब पुलिस इस मामले की छानबीन कर रही है। इससे आबकारी विभाग से फर्जी सर्टिफिकेट लेकर फायर सेफ्टी अधिकारियों से पूछताछ की जाएगी। आरोप साबित होने पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Mamraj Tard, the operator of Ashish Hotel in the town, told the police that he had applied for a fire safety certificate to open a bar in his hotel. For this, application was made to Municipality Executive Officer Kundanmal Detha and Clerk Surajbhan. Both of them prepared a fire safety certificate and gave it. He also gave thirty thousand rupees in exchange for getting it. While applying for the Bar, I sent this certificate to the Excise Department and found out that it was fake. The Excise Department itself told Mamraj Tard that the certificate presented was fake. On this, Mamraj filed a case of fraud against the executive officer and clerk of the municipality. It is alleged that when the employee concerned was told that the certificate was fake, he was threatened. Now the police is investigating this matter. Due to this, a fake certificate will be obtained from the Excise Department and fire safety officials will be interrogated. Action will be taken if the allegations are proved.
