बीकानेर नगर विकास न्यास ने एक बार फिर अतिक्रमण करने वालों पर कार्रवाई की है। पिछले दिनों हुई एक बड़ी कार्रवाई के बाद, अब व्यापार नगर योजना में कब्जाधारियों पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है। न्यास सचिव मुकेश बारहठ के नेतृत्व में हुई इस कार्रवाई के बाद क्षेत्र के कब्जाधारियों में खलबली मच गई है।

दरअसल, यूआईटी के दल ने शुक्रवार सुबह व्यापार नगर योजना में 15 भूखंडों से हटवाया। न्यास की व्यापार नगर योजना में कुल 15 भूखंडों पर बदमाशों ने अवैध कमरे, दीवार आदि बनाकर अतिक्रमण किया था। इन्हें तुरंत हटवाने के आदेश जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने दिए थे, जिसके बाद ये कार्रवाई की गई।

सचिव मुकेश बारहठ ने बताया कि भूखंड संख्या सी 109 से सी 115 तक तथा सी 65 से सी 67 तक तथा सी 70 से 72 तक तथा सी 78 भूखंड सहित कुल 15 भूखंडों से अवैध कब्जा था। यहां लोगों ने अवैध रूप से निर्माण कर लिया और कब्जे के प्लॉट पर रहने लगे थे।

कब्जे के प्लॉट पर लोगों को हटाने के लिए नगर विकास न्यास ने यूआईटी के दल को बनाया, जिसमें कनिष्ठ अभियंता श्रवण कुमार, विनीत शीलू रामजस पूनिया, राजेंद्र सारण शामिल थे। इस कार्रवाई के माध्यम से न्यास ने कब्जाधारियों के खिलाफ सख्त स्टैंड लिया है।

After this action taken under the leadership of Trust Secretary Mukesh Barhath, there is panic among the occupants of the area.

In fact, the UIT team got it removed from 15 plots in the Vyapar Nagar scheme on Friday morning. A total of 15 plots of land were encroached upon by miscreants by building illegal rooms, walls etc. in the Trust's Vyapar Nagar scheme. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal had given orders to remove them immediately, after which this action was taken.

Secretary Mukesh Barhath said that there was illegal occupation of a total of 15 plots including plot numbers C 109 to C 115, C 65 to C 67, C 70 to 72 and C 78 plot. Here people had constructed illegally and started living on the occupied plots.

To remove the people from the occupied plot, the Urban Development Trust formed a team of UIT, which included junior engineer Shravan Kumar, Vineet Shilu Ramjas Poonia, Rajendra Saran. Through this action the Trust has taken a strong stand against the encroachers.
